Super disappointed with this office. Insurance specialist Lauren verbatim told me they charge ultimately whatever they want. They make claims on your visit and hope to get paid by insurance company anything insurance deems excessive well they don’t pay. ROSE DENTAL will bill you without notifying you X-RAYS may or may not be covered on a twice or once yearly deal. Front office is amazing and dental hygienist- back office they are clearly back there for a reason, scammers. BTW they’ll tell you to review you insurance coverage but still excessively charge - crazy money hungry office

Another money grubbing dental office, surprise surprise. They'll work hard to sell you a $400 mouth guard that supposedly lasts 5-10 years. Of course it'll crack in under a year, and when you bring it in to show them, they'll just try to sell you another one and then bill you for your time. They actually had the audacity to ask me for another $400 with the same promise it'll last 5-10 years. And of course, I get a $50 bill just for coming in and asking question.

No communication about cancellation policy/fees. Called over 24 hours in advance to cancel - not including the two weekend days in between the day I called and the day my appointment was scheduled - and am still stuck with a $96.00 cancellation bill for not canceling outside of 48 hours from my appointment even though no one/nor the texts informed me that was their cancellation policy.

I have always had a good experience with the dentists, hygienists and support staff at Rose Dental. My dental health is the best it’s ever been and I am 71 years old!

Dr Munis and assistant Jessica are awesome! I was dentist hesitant but not anymore. I've done extractions, crowns, and fillings over the past year and it's never taken much longer than an hour. Highly recommend!

And the extra care you took to ensure my invisaline retainer still fit was icing on the cake! You are both the best and I thank you for making this crown the easiest ahd painfree experience! Update: Thank you Jaz, assistant on Dr. Zimmer's team, for your excellent care provided during my invisalign treatment this week! Your patience and gentle TLC you showed was greatly appreciated! My family is very happy with the high quality of care and service we receive at Rose Dental RR. Dr. Raesz and her staff always have state of the art technology and expertise. I'm just starting Invisalign treatment there also and Courtney gave excellent customer service reviewing my treatment plan with me.

The Rose Dental Round Rock has a horrible billing system and business practices. I usually go to the Parmer location that is much better. I always pay any co-pay before leaving. This week, I received a text and an email from the “collections department at Rose Dental Round Rock” demanding payment of $118 for unspecified services from Rose Dental Round Rock office. I don’t owe them anything. I receive dental services at Rose Dental Parmer. I have not been to the Round Rock location since 2023. I’m assuming this may have to do with orthodontics services that I could only be done at the Rose Dental Round Rock office. In early 2023, I signed a contract, paid in full, and started orthodontic treatment at Rose Dental Round Rock. Then in late 2023, with no advance notice to me, they terminated orthodontic services to all patients. I suddenly had to pivot to other options to have the work completed. In spring 2024, one of the Rose Dental offices called the private orthodontist office that I had changed to and tried to get her to refuse to adjust my braces unless I paid the private orthodontist over $400 that was then to be sent to Rose Dental. She declined. I still don’t know what that was about but I’m still upset about it because why did one of the Rose Dental offices do that and what kind of businesses do that. It was extremely unprofessional and unwarranted. No one apologized or anything. No one has been able to tell me why, when, or what I supposedly owe. So be even more careful than I thought I was being.

Dr Gonzalez is a brilliant clinician! Equal amounts of scientific dentistry knowledge and dental artistry. I would absolutely recommend him for everything from general dentistry, fillings, etc. to full mouth reconstruction! And he is super nice!

I've had good experience with the staff, they are nice and friendly. I've had bad experience with other dentists offices, and found this office to be better than the other's. they're willing to work with you, and show how to do different things.
