Really disappointed with this company, started off really well, and professional, with understanding my situation well, then totally dropped off communication, responses, even when chased, made worse as promised an AIP was being drafted 'when they had the time'. Just be cautious when thinking this is the right company for you to deal with, as wouldn't want this to happen to others....

It was the first time I was buying a property in the UK and Nick Plappert had a lot of patience answering my questions about types of mortgages. He managed to increase the amount I could borrow compared to what other banks could offer and a longer term which was a key thing for me. Unfortunately I find myself at complete odds with the positive reviews on here. I believe I was advised really badly, and had my doubts shut down by so called expert. I am now facing the hellscape of what I view as short term gains from brokers working on behalf of the banks interest. Obviously this is just speculation and I am voicing opinion and not fact. But please see what you can do for yourself and trust your own judgement, these guys don't always know what's best, they also work on commission.
