Started well, then..... Really disappointed with this company, started off really well, and professional, with understanding my situation well, then totally dropped off communication, responses, even when chased, made worse as promised an AIP was being drafted 'when they had the time'. Just be cautious when thinking this is the right company for you to deal with, as wouldn't want this to happen to others....
