Roof Top Rooms are just completing our loft conversion. After an initial delay on the start date, which was a worry at the time, they have run to schedule; we are at the snagging stage 10 weeks after building works began. Our main contacts have been Hayley in the office and Gary as project manager. Hayley has been very helpful and Gary obviously has many years experience in loft conversions and is calm, professional and reassuring. Gary also suggested some beneficial changes to the plans which we would not have thought of. The trades teams all ran to time, the dormer structure was built in a few days and the plaster boarding, plastering all followed directly after that. The workers on site have all been polite and helpful. Communication with RTR has been good, whether I'm phoning or emailing the office, or calling or texting Gary, I have always received a prompt response. RTR also organised some additional work we needed doing on the property, which was completed seamlessly alongside the loft project. We used RTR on the recommendation of a work colleague who was very pleased with them. They weren't the cheapest quote we sourced but we felt they were a safe choice. We also liked the fact they had a price list of commonly requested extras and provided a budget planner to customers; although on one or two smaller things we have felt that the costs could have been absorbed within the existing work. The loft and en suite look fantastic, we can’t wait to start using the space. We would use RTR again ourselves and would recommend them to friends.

Rooftop Rooms transformed my loft into a beautiful, bright and spacious bedroom and bathroom, which are now the loveliest rooms in my house. They advised me on the size/type of windows, so that I now have spectacular views on both sides. The tradespeople involved were proficient, polite and considerate. The decision to choose this company was one of the best I have ever made.

We had a very positive experience with Rooftop Rooms when they converted our loft in March 2024. Colin visited and costed everything, explained the programme of works and put us at ease. We knew straight away we were in good hands. Any additional items of work were agreed in good time and the pricing was transparent. The build was completed by a highly professional team of reliable and skilled tradesmen. There was good communication from the office team throughout. Project Manager Gary ensured everything ran smoothly. The 1st fix carpentry team (Adam, Jake and Dan) worked long hours and the loft took shape very quickly. They were polite, professional and hard working. Special thanks to Hayley, Sally and Kerry, who always ensured we were kept up to date and the communication was great. WOW, and just like that we have a loft conversion!!!! My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner- it is a massive game changer. Roof Top Rooms did an amazing job from start to finish, supporting on paper work, dealing with external parties, and they took on board all our ideas and worked with us to achieve them. The team ensured smooth transition with their carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and roofers etc., so things ran to plan, and also working with us to make sure we had fixtures/fittings available for the trades to factor in, again, to avoid any delays. Our conversion work was carried out late Autumn/Winter with minimal inconvenience to our house. Amazing job and fully supported along the way 😊

Our loft conversation was completed in Spring 2022 and we could not have asked for a better service from Rooftop Rooms! They converted our loft to include a large double bedroom with generous ensuite and second smaller double bedroom, or "pod" room. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth, professional and efficient - dare I say it enjoyable! Sally, Gary, Mitch and all of the tradespeople were brilliant: friendly, helpful and with very high standards. Any problems - of which there were very few - were dealt with quickly and effectively. We are SO pleased with our new loft space and we could not speak more highly of Rooftop Rooms - we recommend them to anyone we meet thinking of doing a loft conversation. They were an absolute pleasure to work with; outstanding 5* service.

When we decided it was time to finally bite the bullet and convert our loft space we asked around for recommendations. The name Rooftop Rooms cropped up a few times, so we decided to ask them and two other companies for a meeting and subsequent quote. Following the 3 companies visits we decided to go with Rooftop Rooms. All quotes came in fairly similar but our initial meetings and discussions with Colin and Sally filled us with confidence that they were the firm to go with. Fast forward a few months and now towards the end of the project we certainly did make the right decision. From the very beginning they have been professional, accommodating and perfectionists in their work. From the carpenters to the electricians and the plumbers, everything was done quickly and to a very high standard with nowhere near as much disruption and mess as we expected. And any rare issues that we may not have been 100% satisfied with were dealt with quickly and efficiently, with special thanks to Gary our project manager and Hayley in the office. Our loft room looks amazing, we would definitely not hesitate in recommending Rooftop Rooms.

Rooftop rooms are known as the best loft conversions in Enfield for very good reason. Their customer care, service and delivery is first rate from design to build and finishing. We are really pleased with the end product and can highly recommend Rooftop Rooms tilers, decorators, electricians, plasterers and the carpentry is fantastic. We went for panelled fitted wardrobes and the end results are super. Also opted for a skylight and feature window and the rooms is just a lovely place to be with a gorgeous bathroom finished to the highest standard. My wife was nervous about all the building work but it was done in good time and we had regular updates from the friendly team every week. We had an L Shaped loft conversion completed in Spring and Summer 2022 with Rooftop Rooms. The project management support was excellent throughout and we have been extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and finished loft space. The workers were courteous and communication around timings was generally good. The response in the snagging stage was really good and we have received timely follow up where we've needed to raise any issues regarding aftercare. This is a major undertaking for any home owner and there is no getting round the fact its a costly and dirty piece of work, however I would not hesitate to recommend Rooftop Rooms and for their high level of customer service and the quality of their work. A particular thanks to the carpentry and decorating teams.

We had the pleasure of hiring Rooftop Rooms to do our loft conversion and house refurbishment and they were outstanding from start to finish. All of the tradesmen and snag-man were experts in their field and performed all works to the highest standard. Gary was our project manager and oversaw the whole project, from our initial meeting through to the very end and was just superb and a joy to work alongside with, always on hand ( and oh so very patient ). The communication was excellent from start to finish and Hayley and Kerry who are the first port of call when you ring the office were always so helpful and professional, alleviating all the stress associated with a building project such as this. Rooftop Rooms converted our loft into a bedroom and en-suite. We have been so pleased with the work and how responsive they are. The weekly schedule of works is really helpful and things moved along at a good pace. The work has been done to a really good standard and everyone that has been here we have trusted and they have been professional. We would definitely recommend them.

We have just had our loft converted by Roof top rooms into a bedroom with an onsuite. We had quite a tight deadline due to a new baby arriving and Roof tops were excellent at ensuring the works were completed quickly and professionally. All tradesmen have been friendly and understanding of small children coming in and out of the house. The quality of the finish is excellent and we are very happy with the new rooms. Communication with the office staff has been easy and questions answered quickly. Any snagging has been covered and organised by the company. I highly recommend this local service. From start to finish the project roughly took 8-10 weeks.

Rooftop Rooms carried out our loft conversion recently and I can thoroughly recommend them. I am a chartered project management surveyor and work with contractors as part of my day to day job. Rooftop Rooms were competent, capable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Colin explained the works, pricing and programming clearly before we committed to the build. Any additional items of work were agreed in good time and the pricing was transparent. The quote represented good value and even when the prices went up due to materials shortages and inflation, while waiting for the planning application, we were able to agree a sensible uplift. Sally and her team dealt with the planning application – which was not straightforward as we live in a conservation area. Garry was an excellent project manager, organising all the activities on site and dealing with all the queries we had as well as managing relations with the neighbours. The guys on site have worked together for years, which shows in the well organised and safe manner in which the works were undertaken. The office always advise you of the forthcoming works schedule a week in advance and the foreman and crews are considerate and polite. When working on existing buildings there are always unexpected items which even the most experienced of us can’t foresee. We had a few of these and Rooftop dealt with these agreeably so we didn’t end up with any nasty surprises. Most importantly, the quality of the work is superb. We have recently completed our loft conversion with Rooftop Rooms. We were so happy with the result that we asked them to completely refurbish our family bathroom as well. From day one, Gary took care of everything, nothing was a problem and we couldn't be happier with the end result.
