Fast, quality service. Unlike other roofers I've tried to use, they quickly gave all options at all price ranges from patching it over, to a full new roof with long warranty. It's refreshing to work for somebody who understands you might not have the budget to do a full replacement right away, and it might not even be necessary yet. I deal with a lot of properties all over Georgia and I will definitely be using Chris and his team again. Probably very soon!

5 star service!!! I have had Chris and his company on 2 roofs for me. The first roof was 21 years old and had wind damage on two shingle tabs. Chris repaired both areas, gave me an honest professional opinion on the longevity of the roof, and also gave an estimate on how much we should save for a new roof in the future. On the 2nd roof I noticed a small stain on my ceiling and a torn ridge shingle in a different area. Chris and his team of roofers showed up on time and quickly identified and solved the water intrusion issue. They replaced the torn shingle with a shingle that match the roof. I cannot even tell that a repair was made at that area. I also had some preventative maintenance done on the roof by adding Perma boots to the pipe boots. The roofers did a great job installing them and in my opinion it’s a lot cleaner look. The service was outstanding. Chris was exceptionally personable and professional. I highly recommend this company. The first picture is the torn shingle and the second picture is the repair.

My husband and I can’t recommend Chris and his team enough! I was indecisive on if I wanted to paint the interior of my home or not and after deciding I wanted to I let Chris know and he was doing everything he could to work under my tight timeline. From me deciding I wanted to paint to paint completion was only 3 days! His crew was able to get out there on a 2 day notice and it only took them 1 day to paint. He also fixed a few minor things on our roof on the same day. Chris and his team are professional, helpful, detail-oriented, and fast! I’d recommend anyone to Strategic!!

Chris came today to check my roof to see if we needed a new one and he was extremely helpful. He walked us through the whole process and explained to us the age of our roof and the condition and other things we wouldn’t have know had he not explained it. While we didn’t indeed need a new one at the current moment he did fix a few minor things that were wrong with it to help us atleast get the full life out of ours. There is definitely no hesitation at all referring him to others and when we actually do need ours replaced he will be my first and only call. Trying to find companies this day in time that you believe to be completely trust worthy is a hard thing at times when you own a home and are needing repairs but I would rate him top notch. Thank you Chris and we look forward to working with you more in the future!

I called Chris to get an estimate on some home repairs and painting. On the day I called, Chris picked up immediately and just happened to be about 20 minutes away so he came right over. Not only did he and his team handle all the repairs, but they went up on our roof and fixed the shingles that another company had improperly installed, thereby causing a leak (the roof is only 7 years old). Chris’ team also walked all over the roof to make sure there were no other issues. They fixed 3 areas and didn’t charge any extra. We will be calling Strategic for all our future painting and roofing needs.
