The crew showed up at the agreed upon time. They were very courteous and had a very professional appearance. The foreman, Dave, walked me through what to expect and executed it as described. The clean up was meticulous and the roof installation appears perfect. Everything one could ask for.

Obtaining an estimate from Bryan, scheduling the installation with Kristen and working with Dave during the installation all went very smoothly. Bryan assistedl in negotiating with our insurance company for an acceptable resolution. Our shed roof was damaged during a winter windstorm and it is great to have this completed before the start of spring and summer! Their team arrived at 7 am and were gone before 11 am. Everything was very organized and the clean up was awesome! Very happy and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

From the moment I talked with someone in customer service through the installation, I felt very good about my decision to go with Roofs By Bryan. Bryan came out and gave an honest review of the roof after what we thought would be a simple repair (even he did not come out ready to sell me a new roof.) He gave a thorough inspection of the roof which lead to a competitive quote. The initial process is personal and the installation is detailed and you are kept "in the know" during the full installation process. I was especially impressed when Dave asked me about the vent for my upstairs bathroom fan; a retrofit that had simply been vented out of the attic vent. They took the time and properly vented it out of the roof and actually improved the performance of the bathroom fan in the process. I could not have been more pleased with the results and the overall experience. Especially with a situation that no one wants to be in with a leaky roof.

Roofs by Bryan installed a new roof on my house several years ago and I developed a minor leak inside over the past few months. I tried to find the source myself with no luck and called Bryan for help. He sent out a crew within a few days and they found a hole in a shingle likely caused by a falling branch. They replaced the damaged shingles in no time and the leak is gone. Hats off to Bryan for great customer service well after the original installation!

From the first call to the end I was impressed. Always reachable, fast and honest response, very friendly and very competent. If it was the boss, the project manager Dave or one of the crew members! All are very polite, always on time and hard workers which know their job. Got new shingles with damage repair on the whole roof, back and front porch. Back porch needed a big rebuilt which was done very good. Skylights on the roof also needed to be replaced. Very good job here too! They needed 2 days for all the work and left the job site flaweless clean! Really highly recommended. Thanks Bryan, Dave and crew.

Bryan was just at my house to address a couple of concerns I had about suspected leaks in roof vents and a skylight. He spent 15 minutes with me and got on the roof to look at the areas I mentioned. Despite finding no issues that he had to fix, he didn’t charge me for his time and was pleasant to deal with. He could have easily charged a nominal fee (or worse) and been on his way. Thankfully I didn’t need to spend the money now, but will certainly use him in the future for any roofing concerns. Kristen was great for call scheduling and communication. This is a top-notch service. Call them.
