Fernando and the crew took care of the clean up and the shingle on made sure that my plants didn’t get hit .

They did my whole roof in 2 days and I didn't have to pick anything up afterwards. They cleaned everything! The only thing left behind was a beautiful roof and o very so many compliments on their job. The are very proceedings and curtious....professional and knows their stuff! I recommend them highly!!

The whole process of replacing our roof was honestly amazing. Joao was amazing starting the process and even helped called insurance to start our claim. James was awesome in helping pick the color for our roof. He was even willing to come back with roof tile swatches, and we honestly changed our minds on color because of this! (Please have a way to see what the color options look like on the roof. The small swatches in the booklet are not helpful).
Reuben was amazing on the day of replacement. He provided updates throughout the whole process, including photos to explain what was going on and what additional minor things needed to be replaced.
Irwin was very accommodating at the tail end of the process in closing out the services. Much appreciated.

I can't recommend Premium Roofing enough. From start to finish, the entire process of getting our new roof was seamless and stress-free, a truly rare experience with contractors (in our experience).
Nico, the sales rep, was incredibly knowledgeable and refreshingly not "salesy." He and his manager took the time to walk us through the insurance claim process, giving us the support and information we needed to feel confident.
James, our account manager, then came out to meticulously assess our roof and attic. This helped their quote be as accurate as possible, coming in within $200 of the final cost. He also thoroughly explained the project step-by-step, building our confidence and trust in their work.
On the day of the replacement, Fernando, the field supervisor, kept us informed with constant updates and pictures every few hours. We always knew exactly what was happening, from weather delays to inspection approvals and dumpster removal. They even went the extra mile by tearing down and hauling away our old gutters and gutter guards for free!
The communication was fantastic throughout, with questions answered within 20-30 minutes, often even quicker. One of the biggest complaints I hear about roofing companies is leftover nails, but Premium Roofing was exceptional. They swept our yard with magnets daily, plus a final sweep, and James even came back a few days later to do one last check.
