Guys behind the counter are very helpful and knowledgable which I was very grateful of considering I’m not a roofer. Best prices around. Warehouse staff helped me load my car as well .

If you’re in the trade and know everything about the roofing trade then this company is probably for you if you’re not and want some help and advice on what you’re trying to do then this place is not for you. You might even go away from here being made to look stupid for not quite know what you need or the proper name of it !
Great team and a great atmosphere on the trade counter totally drive by customer service. I didnt really know what tiles I was looking for. The team were able to identify the tile from the photo. Good value and loaded it into the car. Thanks to John and colleagues.

Recently ordered a rubber roof for a cabin. I needed advice on materials - Joe in store was excellent. He explained what I needed and gave advice. My Order arrived on time. There was a slight issue with the delivery which to be fair was out of the drivers control! However the problem was rectified promptly by Wayne (the owner) personally who went over and above to put things right! I Highly recommend Roofbase and their products. A Superb local company. Thank you all 👍

All very helpful and happy to help novices like me. The prices are excellent and the products are first class. I would highly recommend calling in if you are doing any work on your house regarding it's roof or a shed etc. I purchased rubber for a new shed I am building & it was the best price I could get for a shed 4 x 7 MTS . Highly recommend

Wow, what a great team, Jack and Ben were so helpful and talked me and my wife through tile options, pointed out the pros and cons, gave us a great price and then carefully placed it all in the car. We will definitely be back.
