Thank you for everything Roni and David! The whole process of selling my home (after 26 years) was professional, supportive and very fast. I chose Roni because of her knowledge, presence and positive influence in our Cooper City community and Embassy Lakes in particular. From the moment I first met with Roni and David, I knew the process was being handled by motivated and experienced professionals. Roni used her extensive networking skills to share my home even before it was listed. In less than a week of five showings and one Open House the house was sold! I had a long list of her recommendations for movers, outstanding downsizing/packing help, and various home professionals that made the prep and move process faster. She worked with me as I downsized my home and then moved during the whole sale process and she has supported me after my move. The closing process was handled long distance and I felt 100% confident that it would be handled quickly, professionally and exactly as she had explained. I would highly recommend Roni and David to anyone – they took an overwhelming process and made it very manageable by working step by step. We had the absolute best experience working with Roni Sterin and The Roni Sterin Group for the sale of our home as part of our corporate relocation to Texas. We chose Roni and her team above all other agents because of her deep knowledge of the community, her extensive local network, and her proven expertise with corporate relocation deals which are never simple! From the very beginning, Roni impressed us with her organization and professionalism. She walked us through every step of the listing process, explained what she needed from us, and clearly outlined what she would handle with the relocation company. And she delivered exactly as promised. We barely had to follow up with the relo company at all (a first for us!) because Roni stayed on top of everything from start to finish. Before listing, Roni and her partner David visited our home to provide detailed recommendations on what needed to be done before photos and showings. Within a week, we had professional photos taken, the listing completed, and we were live on the market just as we’d hoped. Even before going live, Roni was already sharing our home with her network and active buyers. Within 24 hours of hitting the market, she hosted an impromptu open house (not even advertised on MLS or Zillow!) that brought 17 families through and within 36 hours, we had multiple offers above asking price with excellent terms. Roni truly went to work for us. We barely had to lift a finger throughout the process, a huge relief when you’re juggling a move to another state and caring for an infant at home. We called Roni in June of this year after finding our dream home in Tennessee. The catch? We needed to sell two homes in South Florida in a soft sellers’ market. And the purchase of our new home was contingent on both sales closing by a specific date. Roni assured us she could get it done and get it done; she did! One of the homes, located in Cooper City, was built in the 1990s and had polybutylene piping, which required a full re-pipe before closing. Just a week before an open house, we discovered a leak in the garage. To our surprise, David Sterin showed up at 9 p.m. that night to help us assess the situation. Despite the walls being open for re-piping, Roni and David managed to keep the showings on track and somehow turned what could have been a disaster into a success. Against all odds, both homes sold. Our closing in Tennessee took place only a week later than originally planned.
