Rónan was fantastic from when we booked him. He was organised and responsive to messages and gave really good advice in the lead up to the day about the timing of the ceremony and dinner bell. We had a zoom call before the wedding and he completely put us at ease. On the day he was excellent. The whole day flowed really well but you also barely noticed if he was there. We got a sneak peak of the photos in a few days and all the photos within a few weeks. We are delighted with how they turned out. There are some lovely ones of young niece and nephew which would not have been easy to capture! Would definitely recommend Rónan to any couple getting married.

What can I say... Ronan is amazing! We were lucky enough to have Ronan for our wedding in Kilshane House. His ability to fit in with us all so easily was exceptional and made us all so comfortable throughout the day. We received a sneak peek at our photos within days of our wedding and were blown away. We couldn't recommend Ronan enough!

We were so lucky to have Ronan as our photographer on our wedding day. I can’t even put into words how fantastic he was on the day! He was more than a photographer and acted as a guide and was helpful towards everyone. Ronan made us feel at ease from the first zoom call we had with him and really wanted to find out what was important for us during the day. He has experience, is professional, patient, fun and not to mention the photos he took are incredible! Would highly recommend Ronan for your wedding day, you will not regret!

Rónan photographed our wedding in October 2022, and as a couple who usually do not like posing for photos, we knew we were in good hands from the first meeting with him. On the day, his professional yet laid-back manner put us completely at ease, and thanks to his great eye we got so many creative and striking shots and set-ups. However, his biggest skill of all was being able to disappear into the crowd to capture us and our guests at their most natural, which is just what we wanted. We received a huge folder of ‘sneak peak’ photos just days after the wedding, and the entire set just a few weeks later, all of which are absolutely stunning. Really can’t recommend him highly enough!

Ronan photographed our wedding in August 2022 and he was simply fantastic. He was everywhere but nowhere at the same time as he captured amazing pictures without us realising. The quality and range of our photographs is superb, he really captured all the stories of the day that the bride and groom don't always get to see, which is wonderful. We received our albums and the quality is outstanding, absolutely stunning and so well laid out. He came recommended to us and I can see why. We hired Rónan for our 2020 wedding, rescheduled him twice and finally had our day on Sept 24th 2022. He was fantastic to deal with throughout. Very clear communication so we knew exactly what to expect. He was incredibly non invasive on the day and took some beautiful shots of everyone just being. Our favourite photos from the day are the ones he caught of being enjoying themselves. He was particularly fantastic with all of the children in the wedding and got absolutely beautiful shots of them. We are so delighted with our beautiful photos.

I can without a doubt say that booking Rónan for our wedding was the best decision I ever made! The photos he captured were absolutely breathtaking and he does it with such ease and a great sense of humour. He manages to somehow hide himself away so you don't even notice him taking the photos and I was genuinely surprised to see that he had managed to snap some moments that I wasn't aware he was even there for. He has given us such unbelievable memories of the day to look back over and we will be forever grateful. If you're lucky enough to be able to book him, you'll be getting the most professional and friendly man in the business!!

Best day ever, everything was perfect.

Ronan photographed our wedding in September 2021 and we couldn’t have asked for a better photographer from start to finish. Given the uncertainty with the pandemic he kept us calm and was organised and so helpful through the day and lead up. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.

Rónan was the photographer for our wedding at Langtons Kilkenny in May 2022. We honestly could not have asked for a better photographer than Rónan. He was friendly, fun, and helpful to have around all day - whilst remaining professional and focused as well! In the morning, he was a pleasure to have around, and even helped our groomsmen with their cufflinks and button holes, to make sure that everyone looked perfect on the day! Rónan has an incredible eye, and as well as delivering the key photos that we knew we wanted, he also captured so many amazing candid and unexpected moments that have made our album that bit more special. A lot of the spaces in our venue were inside with limited or no natural light, and Rónan was amazing at making these spaces look so well-lit! Some of our favourite photos were taken with cool and interesting lighting that Rónan set up himself. He made sure that he delivered all of this whilst keeping us feeling comfortable and at ease, so that we are always happy and smiling in each of the photos. Rónan really works to match the couple and the venue, which is exactly what you need from a wedding photographer. All of our family & friends loved him as much as we did. We've received the first look at our photos for the day, and we cannot believe how amazing they are!! Thanks again Rónan!

Ronan is no ordinary photographer. From the first email to now Ronan was amazing to deal with. He is professionalism personified! On the day, he had a no fuss attitude, got the photos done that we asked for in record time and then proceeded to photograph every element of our day. He got all the best shots of our guests, yet he never seemed to impose. He caught all the moments we didn't see personally. We cannot believe how much we love all the shots so far, not to mention that we only have the first sneak peak, just 3 days after the wedding day! Unbelievable, cannot recommend him enough!

Ronan photographed our wedding in August 2021. The photographs superseded any expectation and were completely out of this world! We were totally bowled over by them. Ronan is however, so much more than a photographer, he is meticulous, professional, and sincere. He has a calming presence and knows the exact words to say to put you at ease on the day. Well, what can I say - I literally cannot say enough about this man and his photographic talent!!! We booked Ronan (no body else came anywhere close in our preferences) after I met him at a friends wedding in July 2016. At that point, I believe he had already done photography for that grooms cousins wedding and possibly a friend/cousin before that. He was also booked for the grooms brothers wedding a few years later if I remember correctly. We viewed our friends wedding album some time after we got engaged and I knew there was no research to be done on wedding photographers - we were going with Ronan! As we were faced with plenty of COVID restrictions in the lead up to the wedding last year, our first meeting with Ronan took place over Zoom - he couldnt have made us feel more comfortable and we had plenty of chats and laughs and got to know us both a bit better and got a feel for what we were looking for on the day. On the day, he arrived at my parents house in good time and settled in to quietly wandering around the house, capturing the most amazing photos of parts of the house and different moments that I'd never have even dreamed of! Ronan has the ideal personality for his job and clicks with everyone that's around on the morning of the wedding. Having taken a few photos at my parents house, he drove up to our house where my now husband was with his family and Best Man and took some more amazing photos here before returning to my parents house for me leaving for the venue. Combined with the super organisation of our hairstylist Adrienne (Powder Room Girls) and our makeup artist (Rhona Cullinan), Ronan helped to keep us all on schedule and on our toes for the lead up to the departure time for the wedding venue. We booked Ronan's longer day package, to include the Shot in the Dark photo - I cannot tell you how highly I rate this. I'd seen so many amazing shots in his portfolio and in magazines, for which he's won awards and just had to have him do a photo of us like this! He did NOT disappoint. I'll never forget the fun, laughs and chats we had with Ronan on the wedding day, both during the morning in my parents house and throughout the day at the wedding venue! He is there and taking so many amazing photos, yet you barely even realise he's around. Such a quiet, gentleman with amazing talent!! I was looking to do a slideshow of photos of both my husband and I as babies, up through childhood and towards our wedding date, as a surprise for my husband on the day. I'd mentioned this to Ronan and asked him if he could recommend software I could use or ways in which I could organise it. He offered to quickly throw the photos I'd spent weeks organising together with music for me and as we had him booked for the longer day package, he connected it up to the projector screen with his laptop. OMG, the results were so much better than I ever could have imagined or done myself - the selection of photos he'd taken that morning and at different points in the day, that he'd added in at the end, were the icing on the cake! The whole slideshow and some of the songs still bring tears to my eyes! Such a lovely memory to have to look back on from our wedding day. The morning after our wedding day, we woke in the Bridal Suite to a message from Ronan with a sneak peak of some of our wedding photos, including the Shot in the Dark photo - it was amazing, still so in love with it!!! We went away on a Minimoon only a few days later and on arrival in our first hotel, I received an email from Ronan with a link to a further sneak peak of some of our photos from the day - perfect start to our Minimoon! If you're looking for a photographer for your wedding, I would highly recommend that you look no further than Ronan Palliser - the man's a legend and you will NOT be disappointed!!!!

Ronan is simply a suberb photographer! We are absolutely delighted with our wedding photos and will treasure them forever. Ronan is so talented and was such a calm presence on the day! Rónan recently photographed our wedding and is both an absolute gentleman and a total professional! He was so responsive in the lead up to our big day, despite some covid related changes but was always on hand to help with any queries and had endless patience.

My husband and I hired Ronan as our wedding photographer last September 2019 and we are delighted we did. Ronan contacted us in advance of the wedding to discuss what we wanted from our wedding photos. On the wedding day itself Ronan was punctual & professional and got some amazing shots, both posed family shots as well as loads of natural snaps of everyone enjoying the celebrations. We were absolutely thrilled when Ronan was available to photograph our wedding.We are so delighted with our wedding photos. We got our 'sneak-peak' pictures a few days after the wedding while on honeymoon and we couldn't stop looking at them,Ronan had captured all aspects (including many we would not have had the opportunity to see)of the day so beautifully. We especially loved our shot in the dark. On top of that though, Ronan is a true professional, everything is clear with Ronan,and he has a very calm and reassuring manner which is most helpful if there are any nervous brides/grooms in the run up to the ceremony!
