Always on time if not early. Aggressive pricing on COD. Have ha about 6 deliveries and not one was late and after checking other parties they were better even at the coldest. Thank you.

We ordered oil on a Sunday, it didn’t get scheduled until a Wednesday for delivery. We were already running low on oil and generally we are able to get oil within a day or so.
We called to see if we could use the EMERGENCY oil offering on their site on Monday and they told us the earliest available for the emergency service was Thursday…. What’s the point of emergency service?
We then asked to cancel and had to wait on hold for over an HOUR to ask for a refund and was charged $50 to cancel.
We called Discount Fuels and they were able to deliver with no issues 24 hours later.
Terrible service, terrible customer service, & ridiculous cancellation fee days out from delivery.
Been using Romeos for 10 years. Always reliable and good prices. Website very clearly indicates available dates and they have delivered on expected date for 10 years without fail.

This is my experience with useing Romeo oil. I had an oil delivery, This is my 3rd delivery, they came at 6:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning, after waiting 4 days to receive my oil delivery. I went out to check my gauge and it was only three quarters full.I paid for 150 gallons, they only gave me 104. They also spilled oil all over the tank, and i took pictures , I even cleared a path for them so they would have easy access to get to the tank. And I even tipped $10.00. I sent 2 emails for someone to check into to this, and no response, I even referred 2 other people to receive there services,. I only hope there service was better than mine, I will not be using them again,
I’ve been using them for a few months now and had no problems. But I ordered fuel online today Saturday 31 Jan and when I called to see when they could deliver they told me Wednesday. They normally deliver the next day and I was low on fuel. So I said cancel the order because I’ll try get it somewhere else and they said no problem but there’s a 50$ surcharge. This I found unacceptable and they were not willing to budge on this so they have just lost a customer. I called dart fuel and they were very accommodating and will deliver tomorrow.
Service is important and they clearly don’t care about that.
