For over 10 years Romeo Fuel has provided us with great prices, extremely reliable delivery and super clean oil. When I change the filter each year, the one coming out is as clean as the new one going in!

The price is very affordable, the delivery is timely, and the payment method is simple. The disadvantage is that when I introduced a friend to join, I did not receive account points because I entered the information incorrectly. Overall this is a very good company.

Romeo’s advertises a $100 referral credit — but don’t expect them to actually honor it.
I was referred by a family member after inheriting my mother’s home, and when it came time to apply the advertised credit, Romeo’s refused. It took three separate phone calls just to get a response, and when they finally got back to me, they flat-out denied it with zero effort to resolve the issue.
This isn’t just poor customer service — it’s misleading advertising.
I would give zero stars if Google allowed it.
Because of this experience, I will not be using Romeo’s again, and neither will my family or friends. We choose to support businesses that stand behind what they promote and treat customers with honesty.
If you’re considering Romeo’s because of their referral program, don’t. Based on my experience, it’s not honored. Save your time and money and go with a company that actually delivers on its promises.
Very modern approach to fuel oil services, having been a mechanic for a Small oil company in the 80’ s, I can appreciate dealing with the challenge of serving customers in the the worst weather of the year. Will always use them.

Two things that are concerning me one is how many BTUs in their biofuel that they use because I seem to be going through oil like water and my burner is running perfectly... second thing I was running out of fuel oil I had ordered it , usually when I ordered it it only takes 2 days to get it delivered on the second day... this time it took four days so I called them and told them I was going to run out of fuel oil they told me there was nothing that they can do I have been using them for a few years at least five so I had to go out and get diesel fuel and fill up a 5 gallon drum five times.. I'm thinking of going with somebody else... this was in the middle of winter that this happened
Great service. Easy to set up delivery on-line. Delivery even came a day earlier than expected. Best prices around!!!! I highly recommend.

The prices are good and the Drivers are even better. The only issue I have had is how unpleasant the ladies are that answer the phones. When having bought a few thousand gallons of oil from a company you would expect to be treated with a little more respect. But on multiple occasions I have called to place orders and they couldn’t careless about being courteous. I mean down right nasty.
