Romanos really supported me via the phone to understand what ma be wrong with my vehicle, options to fix and guidance on how to manage Toyota. In particular Hayden was brilliant, patient and explained everything for me to understand
The work they did is awesome and my car is running great.
I live near Mandurah, which is a long way from Wangarra, but it was worth the distance and would do it again.

First impressions last. Hayden was very transparent and honest from the get go. Our car had lots of issues that Hayden picked up. Something others failed to do so miserably.
His updates on the progress of the repairs done, was reassuring and the pictures showed what needed to be done. No bs just straight honest truth. What you see is what you get..No more, no less.
Quality standard of work in the time frame given. We'll definitely be coming back 👍

Hayden is just the best mechanic! From the point of view, as a single lady, I know he isn't ripping me off, something totally appreciated when you don't know a lot about cars and don't have a man to help.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for him to explain, car stuff, in a way I can follow, understand and then feel confident that the $$ it needs are worth it
Highly recommend Romano Autos, they are across town from me, but I wouldn't go anywhere else

I've been getting my old car serviced here for awhile now and have always been very happy.
They will give you a quote with a breakdown of what needs to be repaired, explain why, and are not pushy in trying to get you to spend more then you need to. Even advising that some things really don't need to be done now but just are good to know for the future.
I spent a lot on my old car this time and Hayden sent me photos of all the old and new parts as they were replaced and installed which was really great.
Really happy with the service here and highly recommend.

Professional staff with great processes to ensure from booking through to analysis of work required and approval with photos to proceed the work is authorised, scheduled, and completed.
Great communication and having borrow cars available as part of the service if required is an added bonus.

After a bad experience in Canning Vale and high quotes near where we live I took a punt on Romano's, the reviews seemed favourable. Honest hard working people, excellent work, a full detailed report with photos and all at a fair price, it was well worth the drive, highly recommended, just came back again, still a pleasure to deal with
