Great place to buy a guitar I bought a 2010 Gibson Les Paul Custom in wind red from Rolly's Guitars. He was happy to negotiate a great price for the guitar and he was very helpful. The guitar was dispatched quickly and arrived safely. It was well packaged. Rolly followed up to check if everything was ok. The customer service was excellent. The guitar itself is beautiful and plays extremely well. I'd wanted a wine red Custom for a long time and am very pleased with it. Thanks Rolly.

The best service during purchase and guitar best set up Ive had in many a year Probably the best experience of buying a guitar from a dealer, and that’s saying some as I’ve had guitars since I was 15 yrs old and I’m now 68. Held the guitar for me whilst they were away. (Gibson Les Paul standard 60s in triburst). Packed and shipped within the day of their return to meet a tight delivery schedule for me due to personal reasons. Arrived today and it’s wonderful. Exactly as per the photos which show wow its great finish. I have to say I like a low action and this is set up as well as if not better than any I have had previously from elsewhere. Great comms and really helpful. The guitar is great and I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

I spotted a Gibson Les Paul Standard 60s in the unusual finish of Triburst. So nice but at the same time different. I had seen a review of them originally at Anderson’s. Rolly was going away but held it for me. As soon as he came back - shipped without delay to a tight time schedule for me due to personal reasons. It arrived today. Wow - the pictures were true to form - its beautiful and in fabulous condition with all case candy and the best low action I have had on any guitar - and I’ve had a few over the years. Great guy, great team and would definitely recommend and use again. A credit to the guitar shop world. Keep it up.

2014 Gibson Custom Shop R9 - Lemon Burst I bought a 2014 Gibson Custom Shop 1959 reissue from Rolly just over a week ago. What can I say, the guitar is perfectly as described and in immaculate condition. A well sourced piece that I am lucky to have in my possession. The videos reviews were super helpful in selling it to me. All I had to do was find time to go and see and hear it in person and Rolly very kindly put it on hold for me on the Friday and I went over on the following Tuesday. Great experience, after a brief play myself I asked Rolly to also play so I could concentrate on hearing it rather than playing. Overall, a superb guitar buying experience and I will certainly keep an eye out for possible future purchases.

Rolly did a great job of repairing the electronics of my semi-hollow guitar after one of the pots stopped working. I was kept informed throughout of progress. They also did a great job of the set-up producing a nice action that improved the playability of the guitar. The guitar is now sounding great and is really enjoyable to play. I would recommend Rolly to anyone looking for guitar set-up or repair.

I had no idea that a brief chat could be so informative and helpful. Rolly is a super welcoming and happy chap :) I emailed to book an appointment which turned out to be very flexible and was in fact outside the opening times stated on Google, I brought him my guitar to get his professional opinion and he inspected the instrument in fine detail, and you can tell he is fluent in setting up guitars! He quickly reassured me nothing was structurally wrong and a good setup would resolve the nuances I was experiencing, giving a verbal quote and timeframe dependant on what needed doing, asked if I was ok to leave the guitar a few days to work on, and offered me a coffee while we continued to talk about our favourite hobby and his Santana tribute act :) Great guy, great service, great to have someone local, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you again!

PRS Custom24 10 Top Met Rolly today, took a trip from Colchester to trade in my Gibson Les Paul and Fender Telecaster against a PRS custom24 10 Top!
