Easy to schedule and reschedule as things happened to delay on our end. Workers seemed diligent and had a plan for addressing the whole house. We’re respectful of our home. Answered questions when asked. Would have been helpful if workers were more communicative about the process and showing evidence of what was dirty and afterwards the clean. Photos might have been one way to show this.

The cleaner was friendly & well spoken. I liked him. They do not work on your carpet stains if you have them. I was disappointed in the results. I should have scrubbed the spots prior to the cleaning myself. My mistake.

I will definitely use them again. Very professional from the first person I spoke with to set up my appointment to the two gentlemen who cleaned our carpets and area rugs. Right on time and I appreciated the communication preceding my appointment. They did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and rugs and they couldn’t have been nicer.

Taona and Kenzie took care of deep cleaning our upstairs carpets in our new home before we moved in. It was easy to schedule and Taona arrived as scheduled. The quote was an estimate and they warned me that it might be a bit more expensive than quoted, based on square footage. It was a bit more expensive, so I appreciated the heads up. To be fair, I had forgotten our stairs were carpet, and one bedroom upstairs is more like 2 bedrooms’ worth of size. There were some red dye stains that they warned me would not come out. Otherwise, everything looked clean and well done. I definitely appreciate them and feel better knowing everything was clean before our arrival.
