They helped us with an issue we could never have resolved on our own, but also gave us honest advice on things we could do ourselves (and did not take advantage.) We will definitely use them again and highly recommend this service.

I had a humidifier leak from my furnace a couple days before Christmas which soaked about 1/2 of my basement carpet. I reached out to their team and they were able to come out the next day. I will mention I was able to reconnect the leaking hose so the water was stopped but a good part of the carpet was water logged. They came out and extracted the water- set up humidifiers and fans and said to let everything sit over Xmas. After that the carpets and padding were dried so did NOT need replacing! I was pleased with the service techs and pricing was reasonable for the short notice over the holiday .

Rodriguez Cleaning Services did such an incredible job. We had a water leak on Christmas weekend and they came out the same day to provide water mitigation. They helped us every step of the way through the insurance claim process. I would recommend them to anyone in need of cleaning or emergency water mitigation services.

Update: I originally left a one star review for Rodriguez cleaning. Mr. Rodriguez called me just a couple of hours later to ask what had happened. Mr. Rodriguez asked if I would give them another shot, that he would send someone out to re-do the job. The second job by Terron was much better. He was professional and attentive to detail. Knowing that the owner will stand behind the services and send someone back out if the job isn't done right is the right way to do business and I can refer Rodriguez Cleaning with trust, knowing that if the client is not happy, they will fix it. The service was duct cleaning and carpet cleaning.

We had two oriental rugs cleaned with Rodriguez Cleaning Services and are very pleased with the results! The rugs look and feel fantastic. Their customer service is excellent and the turn around was fast. We highly recommend them.
