I had a bad experience at another dentist around 10 years ago and had never gone back after that. After encouragement from my fiancé, I did some research and booked an appt. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed warmly and the staff made me feel calm and at ease.
When I was brought back I explained my previous experience at the dentist and was treated with so much care. They made sure I was comfortable and was never in any discomfort or pain. Everyone was so kind and professional. It was hands down the best dentist experience ever.
After not going for 10 years, I was really anxious but every staff member I interacted with put me at ease. I can not recommend Rockwall Dental Associates enough and I will never be going that long without seeing the dentist ever again!

I was very nervous at first to go to a dentist because I’ve had nothing but bad experiences, but I will say that this dentist Dr. Allen was very professional and treated me accordingly even though I’m very nervous of needles he definitely made me feel comfortable when it came to getting my cavities removed and I will say I will be going back, it has been the best experience so far! And the staff was amazing!

This place was great before it was sold, but the quality has really declined. The customer service is now terrible. They frequently send bills that aren't itemized, leaving us confused about why we're being charged extra. On top of that, they change appointment times without notifying customers. Very disappointing.
