Shane provided outstanding service! He was able to diagnose the issue with the dishwasher over the phone and, once the parts came in, promptly came to our home to fix the issue. He also troubleshot an issue with our Samsung washer and provided sound advice on options (repair or replace). He’s personable and pleasant to talk with. Highly recommend!

Shane is awesome! I've used several appliance repair people over the years, nice that compare. This guy is honest, hardworking, dependable, a do what he says he'll do kind of guy. He was great with communication and getting the job done right as well as going above and beyond the scope by doing extra without being asked. Over the years, I have gone through multiple ice makers, and I recently called Shane after it stopped making ice. He was on-time, professional, and efficient.
