When I decided to migrate my Autocount accounting system from my old laptop to a new one, I felt very helpless and overwhelmed, especially regarding Outlook. I had purchased Microsoft 365 Office Home & Student, which does not include Outlook support. I checked with many people and service providers for assistance, but no one could help. Everyone told me that the only solution was to purchase or subscribe to Outlook again through Microsoft. Today, however, your support team member, Richard, successfully helped me resolve this issue without requiring any additional purchase or subscription. He demonstrated excellent knowledge, professionalism, and dedication in finding a solution.
