I met Aaron at Sydney pool Robotics and took him my tiger shark which was faulty after purchasing it from the pool warehouse and they didn't help me at all but Aaron stepped up and took my machine without any problem at all. He's going to issue a warranty claim and I can't recommend him highly enough he was very knowledgeable on all the products regarding pool robots

If i could give more than 5 starts i would the service was amazing. Staff member Aaron is a gem he was so helpful with any enquire i made. Although a busy time for them my pool cleaner Bob was fixed in no time and up and running thanks to the amazing staff here.

Put a help post on FB on a Saturday, had a response from Sydney Pool Robotics pretty much straight away, had assistance via messenger over the weekend and issue resolved , they sent out a new controller and now dolphin pool cleaner up and going again , 5 stars to SPR for fast efficient service

We had an issue with the power supply on our M5 Dolphin pool vac and were considering replacing the whole unit. Aaron helped us out with a replacement and took the time to ensure we got the right fix for our model. Super happy with the service and the outcome, saved us from buying a new machine by helping us keep a great one going. They really know their products and were honest throughout the process. Highly recommend!
