I was a wreck. I lost the brakes on my car! A new car was not in the budget, I dropped my car off at Robert Warren’s ( they’ve been our mechanics for 20 years). Rich said “let me make some phone calls and I’ll get back to you”. When I got the call and Rich told me the cost I was in shock. It was a 3rd of the cost of what I expected! I’ve trusted Rob ( the owner) and his team for all of these years with our cars and the have never let me down!

Sue it is always a pleasure to see you! The Hyundai Genesis brake lines had to be custom made which reduced costs drastically. My master tech Sean informed Rich he could make this happen and it worked out great! Thank you for your continued business!

I can’t overstate what a great experience I had with Robert Warrens Automotive! The most important thing I value in a mechanic is trust. Rob and team correctly diagnosed something my (now former) mechanic got wrong. Rob kept me informed and explained what was causing the issues. He even tracked down the warranty of a pretty costly part, saving me some money. The team took great care of me, going out of their way to ease my mind, fix my car correctly, and get me safely back on the road! Extremely satisfied and happy to finally have a great auto mechanic team!

My car broke down on Friday and had to get it towed to the shop they got to my car right away monday morning! even though I had no appointment!! They are great always friendly and always helping me if I need anything anytime! They always fix whatever is wrong fast! And with a Volkswagen everyone knows they aren’t cheap to fix but they definitely make it manageable and I can’t thank them enough!

Rob is a great mechanic that cares about you and his work. He goes above and beyond for his customers and you can tell he really cares. I know that when I leave my car with him I will get it back fixed. He is also very good about giving me time and warning of upcoming repairs. I would not trust my car with anyone else.
Great people!!! I am extremely happy with Rob and his shop.
