Professional and knowledgeable staff, nothing is ever too much trouble. My son has been a customer for years and the hospital also recommended this opticians, for his lazy eye and squint. I also purchased glasses for myself recently. Was sorted in 10 minutes and ready in less then a week. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you from the Kirwans.

Robert Marshall are excellent. Very welcoming and friendly staff. I wasc8n good hands. The optician gave me thorough and clear explanations on procedures and was very informative , so I left with extra knowledge of the structure of my eye and my particular anomalies!

Excellent service. I recently had an eye test with Sylvia, which was followed by a glasses consultation and fitting with Bob and Lauren. All three were very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure I got the best possible service. They were polite friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

I have used Robert Marshall Eyecare since I was about 18 and I wouldn't even dream of going anywhere else. I am now nearing what used to be retirement age for ladies. I suffer from severe anxiety but find the atmosphere to be relaxed and calming and the staff to be understanding and thoughtful. They know who you are as a person, not merely a customer. Sylvia does a thorough eye check and always explains her findings in a reassuring way. Lauren is absolutely lovely and takes her time with me so I never feel rushed. Nothing is too much trouble. I would never use any of the highstreet chains. They are always so busy and, I imagine, impersonal. Thank-you so much to each and every one of you. 🥰
