Everyone was very professional and caring.

WOW!!! What fabulous service! After receiving appalling service from our usual opticians in Ashby (Scunthorpe) waiting over 5 weeks for my wife's glasses when 2 weeks were promised and having contacted them on several occasions by phone and being told each time "We will ring you back " which never happened we asked for a refund and being from grimsby originally I suggested we try Robert Marshall eyecare, from an initial telephone call on a Tuesday arranging a visit, getting a 2nd opinion on the initial prescription (which wasn't quite right) to receiving the new glasses less than 2 week's! We were met by fantastic and courteous staff who all had time to explore everything we were querying ! Nothing was too much trouble even when collecting the glasses everything was checked and they made sure we were happy with everything! Thank you all so much we will certainly be recommending them!

My first time getting my sight test at Robert Marshall, the team were very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the type of glasses that would suit me best and the optician herself was incredibly thorough, putting me at ease the minute I sat in the chair. From the moment I began using Robert Marshalls they have been nothing but professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Not only was I promptly booked in, I was firstly see for my initial assessment by the incredibly helpful Lauren who not only walked me through each step of the process to test my eyes and see how my vision had changed, but also informed me that me eyesight had stabilised whereas it had been worsening. My vision was tested by Tara who again was professional and helpful in getting through every step of the test, what it was any why it was needed. A few days later I was then seen again for a re-assessment and to try some contacts, I was seen by both Laura and Sylvia who again were both fantastic and could not help me enough regarding both any questions or concerns I had about contacts and walked me though how to safely fit them and take them out. The entire team at Robert Marshall’s are fantastic, they treated me like not only an old customer, but an old friend from the moment I walked in and I look forward to dealing with them in the future! To the entire team, thank you!
