I was involved in a construction accident on the west side bike path. Broke both my arms, cracked my jaw, and broke all my front teeth. I didn’t contact Richard Kenny and co until nearly a week later. At 22 having never been involved in a legal dispute and still reeling from the questions on long term health it took my grandparents recommendation to reach out. Richard came to my apartment, where I was confined, the same day. He told me that even though the case would be difficult given the delay his team would work their hardest to identify the negligent party and hold them responsible. They spent 3 years doing just that and we ultimately identified those responsible and settled for $125k. Don’t delay in contacting Richard and his team!

I hired another attorney’s office to try my case before finding Richard. They outsourced me to a part-time contractor instead of the attorney I thought I hired. The contracted attorney then showed up for my deposition without knowing my name, the basics of my case, or having any of the documents I provided the attorney’s office weeks before. When the deposition went to a break, I confronted the firm’s managing partner about their contractor being unprepared. He snapped and started yelling at me - called me a liar who threatened the integrity of his firm, and then threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave their office. I couldn’t return to my deposition. Two other offices declined my case after hearing it had been started by another firm. Richard helped me, despite the difficulty of being the second attorney, and he helped me walk away with a very successful outcome. He was kind, incredibly thorough, reachable, and always took the time to explain things to me. I truly could not recommend Richard and his amazing team more highly!
