My wife and I selected Rocky Mountain Fence to replace an old wooden fence that was showing its age. We have some expectations of the contractors who do work for us: 1. Is their price reasonable? 2. Are they responsive in providing a detailed quote? Are all the costs listed? 3. Once selected, was the scheduled installation within reason? 4. Was their crew trained and did they act professional? 5. Did they use quality products and material? 6. Was there work and craftmanship guaranteed? 7. Once completed was the invoice timely, accurate, detailed and correct? The answer to all these questions was Yes. Would I use them again or refer my friends and family? Absolutely. Mark and his team, despite some difficult weather, completed the project on time and on budget. Thanks RMF.

Rocky Mountain Fence Of Idaho came out and gave us a bid for our fence replacement and for our three adjacent neighbors who were splitting the cost. The bid was broken down to show what each of us would have to pay and it was done in a timely manner. We had gotten three bids, and they were the ones who left the best impression and were competitively priced. They just completed the job and it was done very professionally, they were fast and efficient. We hardly knew they were out there working. All of us think the fence looks great.

Super professional. The three-man team shored up our cedar fence, which had three broken posts due to rot and wind. They drove the super-long metal posts very deep into the ground and fastened our aging fence to them. These posts will be there long after time ravishes the rest of the fence into dust.

Met with Garret last October, he came out to measure for the quote/job. apparently garret needed his “boses” help with my fence quote as I was interested in a vertical look as opposed to a horizontal rail. I guess that threw everyone for a loop. I did eventually receive a message from Mark asking a few questions about the job. He said he’d do some checking for me and get back to me. I never heard from Mark again. Fast forward 6 months and I decided to reach out to Garrett again. Absolutely no response. I tracked down Marks number from the fall and give him a call. He was very helpful, but going out of town, so I had to wait a week and a half for him to come out to measure. He showed up on the date he said he would and was actually pretty awesome. He said he’d get me a quote the next day. A week went by, sent him a text, he said he’d been ill so he was catching up and would get that to me. Another week, nothing. Sent another text, no response. A couple weeks later, sent another text, he replied with some BS about how I should’ve received that by now. He was going to check into that. It has now been another week. Nothing. Sent him a text last night. He read it, but nothing. Absolutely no response. I can’t imagine how much time these guys waste measuring for jobs they never intend to actually do. You’re doing a bang up job over there Rocky Mountain Fence.

I met RMF of Idaho through a home show. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. I had a shared fence replaced along with a gate. It turned out very nice. The gentleman who helped with the phone estimate was great. The gentleman who did the in person estimate was nice to have answered questions even in the evening when I would have thought it would be answered the next day. Lastly, the crew of Jaylyn, Edisson, Paul, and Bryan did a skillful job of putting up the fence and gate! Now, my neighbor is interested in having them replace a fence section for her.

I wanted a local company and not some corporate chain so I called Rocky Mountain Fence. I am beyond happy with the quality and workmanship of my new fence! The entire crew were so hard-working! Mark was able to come out to give me a price that same day. He gave me my options rather than making the decision for me, and answered all of my questions which is important when choosing to hire out work at your home. I felt a sense of comfort in choosing to go with them, and what a great decision that was. All of the crew were very skilled so that nothing was overlooked as far as workmanship and detail. Metal posts with cedar that was pre-stained a Chestnut color, constructed in a shadow box style. It looks amazing!
