I have a gantry crane at my house. It has an Hitachi carriage and winch. The winch was getting stuck at the top. After unsuccessfully working with the local electrician to try to fix it I contacted Pacific Hoists who supplied the Hitachi gear. They put me on to RKA. RKA provided an immediate response, accurately quoted as to cost and Aaron arrived at 7.30 this morning. Aaron was terrific in arriving when he said he would, diagnosing the problems (wiring by the local electrician mostly), getting on to fixing it and installing two new dongles. Very nice guy, terrific at explaining what he was doing and was finished by midday. I could not be happier with the service. Well done!!!

We found RKA through a flyer hung in the local cafe and couldn't be happier. Not only is Ryan an expert in his field but he is always willing to drop everything to help if we have a breakdown. I'd give RKA 10 stars if that was an option!
