Richard Tarter and his crew spent about a week building block paths and decorative retaining walls around the house in preparation for our upcoming Parade of Homes showing here in Oak Island. They came on time when they said they would, built what they said they would, and charged what they would. Richard promised we would be happy with the results and he delivered in Spades.
