I experienced excellent service on the technical, service and customer relations aspects of their business. Finding RJ Pro in Valley Springs was a pleasant surprise. As a new resident I didn't know where to turn when my pc crashed after recent Windows updates. RJ Pro efficiently rescued my data and transferred it to both a new pc and a backup drive. Solving a couple of connectivity issues with my new pc was also handled quickly. I wish I could recommend RJPro higher because five stars just scratches the surface. Even their fees were a pleasant surprise. Thanks Stephen, Jack and the rest of the team.
