Neither my wife nor I are "tech savvy", and RJ PRO has been a godsend. When the cat jumped on the keyboard of our laptop and turned everything on the screen up-side-down, RJ PRO fixed the problem. And when "Word" vanished and our files were messed up, RL PRO was there. Stephen and the crew have helped us many, many times and done it quickly.
It may not seem like much to your average customer, but it sure means a hell of a lot to us. So thank you many times over!

Jack and his team have done an amazing job supporting us through existing network repairs and maintenance and in addition built out two new installations for us! Throughout it all Jack never got flustered under the pressure and was always professional. Jack and his team help us with equipment purchases, troubleshooting with other vendors, and giving us great recommendations on technology upgrades. I highly recommend RJ Pro for any size business!

I have been a client of Jack's since he opened his office in Calaveras County. He and his staff have always been extremely responsive to my requests for help. They are very knowledgeable and personable.
He's helped me set up office systems. Most recently he cleaned up my computer when I had a major problem and my system was totally down. The issue was diagnosed, and the system back up and running in very short order.
I am now living outside Calaveras County - he still keeps my computers up and running. I wouldn't have anyone else for my computer support.

I experienced excellent service on the technical, service and customer relations aspects of their business. Finding RJ Pro in Valley Springs was a pleasant surprise. As a new resident I didn't know where to turn when my pc crashed after recent Windows updates. RJ Pro efficiently rescued my data and transferred it to both a new pc and a backup drive. Solving a couple of connectivity issues with my new pc was also handled quickly. I wish I could recommend RJPro higher because five stars just scratches the surface. Even their fees were a pleasant surprise. Thanks Stephen, Jack and the rest of the team.
