I recently purchased my car from Helfman Jeep. Cesar was my salesman and was very patient and knowledgeable throughout the process. Sam in the finance department could not have been nicer. He took the time to explain the different options. I have in financing my car and made sure I was making the best choice given my situation. I fully trust Sam, and he clearly was looking out for my best interest, which was nice, especially at a car dealership. I have called Sam since the purchase of my car and he has been most helpful. I highly recommend purchasing your car from Helfman jeep.

I want to share my exceptional experience with the service team—especially Luis G, Maintenance and Repair Advisor. I had been dealing with a suspension issue on my Grand Wagoneer for months. After visiting multiple service centers that made little effort to diagnose or replicate the problem correctly, I was honestly losing hope. That changed as soon as I arrived here. Luis went above and beyond from the start. He took the time to truly listen, understand the symptoms, and personally work to replicate the issue. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for fixing the problem stood out immediately. I also want to highlight Micah Morton, the director. He personally joined us for a test drive to experience the issue himself. Thanks to both Luis and Micah, the problem was identified quickly and fully repaired in just a few days. Micah even test-drove the vehicle again afterward to make sure the fix was 100% successful. Their commitment to customer service is exceptional. After months of frustration elsewhere, Luis and Micah restored my confidence in the brand. I’m incredibly grateful for their help and would highly recommend this service center for any maintenance or repair needs.

I just bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler with an extended warranty on it. I figure sent it to Jeep. Maybe the people at Huffman Chrysler Dodge Jeep in River Oaks would be the best ones to help me out. I had my Jeep towed there and somehow my battery died on the way there, even though it was working before it was picked up. (I spoke with ed on the first day. He’s been doing this for quite some time by the way), And after waiting for A few days to finally speak with Mister Ed my service rep. It was determined that only a few parts because of coverage would be able to be repaired. I figured that since my truck is at the shop that they would have a battery lingering around there so that they can diagnose my vehicle properly. They don’t even have a battery around. I have to purchase a whole new battery just for them to do their jobs… This is a vehicle repair shop by the way…… I don’t know who these people go above and beyond for with all these great reviews that I saw it certainly isn’t me. So I’ve decided to pick up my vehicle. Take it somewhere else that has batteries and the proper equipment to work on my vehicle. Thanks!!
