I’ve really enjoyed living at this mobile home park! The community is quiet, safe, and well-maintained. The management team is friendly and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. Neighbors are respectful, and the park has a nice sense of community. The grounds are clean, the roads are well-kept, and it’s clear that pride is taken in keeping the area looking nice.
It’s also in a convenient location — close to stores, restaurants, and local amenities. Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience living here, and I’d definitely recommend this park to anyone looking for a peaceful, affordable place to live.
I’ve really enjoyed living here these past few months. No problems over here in my house! Candace has done a wonderful job at keeping me and my gf informed on everything and the fun activities she does for the community is just amazing. Feels like people actually care about my concerns or questions whenever I may have one! The maintenance guy is killer too he always is willing to help me out and lend me his trailer whenever I need to do landscaping. I’ve really enjoyed being here and appreciate the staff and community thank you!

We bought a mobile home here at this park and fixed it up about a year ago. Since living here the park got a new manager Candace and she is such a delight! She’s very attentive and always has a great attitude. She also throws the best little community get togethers! We have had a bbq, an Easter egg hunt, back to school give away (backpacks, school supplies, & bikes), and just recently had a cute Halloween themed costume party that had a bunch of cute games for the kiddos to play. Having three kids under the age of 11 - I really appreciate all the things the management and company do to create such a welcoming warm and safe environment for those of us with children. I truly feel we made the best decision choosing this park and making it our home. Thank youu! Thank you! -also I love the views at the river!

River Breeze not only has a cool name, it has a great sense of community as well! Nestled by the river, this park is pet-friendly and people-friendly. Neighbors are helpful and welcoming and so is the staff. Being a smaller park, you get to know your neighbors and the sense of home is evident in the clean, quiet nature of the park. If you're looking for a place to call home in the Redding area, look no further!

I love my garden. This is a safe place for my grandchildren to grow and play. The manager and maintenance man are very kind and helpful. A good quiet community.

Perfect place to raise a family. Most people stay to themselves and take care of their homes but also has many kids and family’s that are friendly. The management has been great to work with and are active in developing the park to make it a better and a unique environment.

I came to view the rental and management is welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. The property is quiet and kept clean.

After years of having a place here Candace is the best park manager by far. Her kindness in dealing with the tenants and whatever small problems that arise are exceptional. The improvements that have been done are much appreciated and speaks volumes. Will recommend

Hard work has really paid off in this park. Every time I have visited the park I notice something new or improved. I love how the residents feel safe in taking daily walks or just hanging around in the common areas visiting with other neighbors. I have no problem in referring my friends to this park, I know they will enjoy the feeling of being home.
