We contacted Ritter Law & Estate Planning to prepare my elderly mother’s Last Will and Testament along with Power of Attorney forms both financial and medical. It wasn't nearly as overwhelming as I thought. We don't have an estate, so to speak. But even with just a little to discuss- there's SO MUCH to go through when a loved one passes.
It's a peace you'll be so grateful for when the time comes and you need to access power of attny, advanced directives, or the will/estate plan.
One fee and they handled it all in the package we chose. So patient with me and my parents. We asked a lot and forgot a lot, but never felt rushed or bothersome.
Only regret is not doing it sooner to alleviate the stress we felt each time there was an incident!
