Very pleased we chose Riteway Movers for our recent relocation. They arrived at the scheduled time, and were professional and courteous. They laid protective carpet to keep the house clean while they were working. They moved our possessions carefully and quickly onto the truck. We met them at the destination address, where they were ready to carry the goods into the new location. They moved our things efficiently into place. The cost for the move was competitive. It was a pleasure dealing with them, and we recommend the company to anyone who is moving.

We hired Riteway Movers for our move from Edmonton to Fort Saskatchewan and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The four guys were professional, courteous, and handled our heavy furniture with great care. Although one display cabinet ended up with a broken glass panel, they were accountable and had it replaced without hesitation. They were efficient, careful with our belongings, and a pleasure to deal with overall. I’m not planning another move anytime soon, but I’d absolutely use them again in a heartbeat.

Would not recommend. Very incompetent, did not complete job. Helps themself to your property well in the process of moving your property. Do not take accountability for destruction and theft of your property. Don’t be there next victim. Stay safe and stay vigilant.🙏

We had no jobs scheduled or completed on December 23, 2025, and there is no record of this individual doing business with us.

We fully document every move and do not tolerate theft or damage. Posting unsubstantiated accusations is misleading. Anyone with a legitimate concern can contact us directly with verifiable details.

Not recommended at all. I called them twice to get a quote but they didn't answer and I left a message but they never reply back. I called for the 3rd time to get a quote but they said will give a quote within today or tomorrow but it is 3 days that I have not heard anything back from them. They are not friendly on phone and sound angry with customers.

I was very pleased with the 2 young men that moved our mom's belongings. Everything was packed with care and nothing was broken. They even rolled out the red carpet to keep the floor from getting wet or dirty. I would recommend this company to everyone I know. Very pleased.

After making a move from Ontario to Edmonton our contents were stored in the moving companies facility until we found a place to live. The storage was not heated so decided to have the contents moved to a heated facility. We contacted Riteway. Spoke with Dhruv who was wonderful in facilitating a very stressful situation & making the transition seamless & timely. His movers were friendly, courteous & very meticulous in making sure everything was loaded & unloaded. Would use Riteway again in a heartbeat!
