Это был очень глубокий и вдохновляющий опыт 🫶 Прежде всего хочется отметить преподавателей 🙏🙏🙏 Все они были невероятно внимательными, профессиональными и искренне вовлечёнными в процесс обучения. Чувствовалось, что они не просто обучают технике, а передают философию и образ жизни йоги. Каждое занятие было наполнено знаниями, практикой и атмосферой уважения к традиции. Программа курса была очень насыщенной: асаны, пранаяма, медитация, философия йоги, анатомия и т.д. Информация подавалась структурировано и понятно, при этом всегда оставалось пространство для вопросов, обсуждений и личного опыта. Конечно, йогу можно изучать и практиковать в России — и там есть замечательные преподаватели и студии. Но обучение в Ришикеше даёт совершенно особенное ощущение. Здесь, у истоков традиции, йога воспринимается глубже. Атмосфера города, духовная культура и окружение Гималаев создают пространство, в котором практика становится не просто физическим занятием, а настоящим внутренним путешествием. Этот курс стал для меня не только профессиональным обучением, но и важным личным опытом. Я очень благодарна преподавателям и всей команде школы за поддержку, знания и вдохновение. С уверенностью могу рекомендовать этот курс всем, кто хочет не просто изучать йогу, а по-настоящему погрузиться в её философию и традицию 🙏🫶🙏

I was doing my 200 YTT here and I’m thankful to the force that had brought me to the Rishikul Yogshala in Rishikesh✨ What I appreciate about the curriculum in particular is that yoga is taught as a holistic spiritual way, not just a set of postures. Even in the asana classes teachers were trying to explain how the things we learn on the mat may help us to transform the life outside it. Sir Gangesha helped me to overcome the barrier I had towards pranayama, today it’s integrated in my self-practice. The mantra class was one of the finest experiences I had during the course: Once the teacher started chanting, I was brought to another reality, often had wet eyes after the closing mantra. In the philosophy class we were primarily discussing Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the teacher was taking a lot of time to explain us the great concepts staying behind each Sanskrit root. This way, even though I had read the book before, I’m now discovering a deeper layer of it. Rishikul was a pleasant experience also beyond the classroom. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful, whatever inquiry I had they were doing their best to assist me. Last but not least, a couple of words about the city. I’ve heard it from others and now I can confirm it with my own experience — Rishikesh is a magical place 💫 You contact the spirituality not only within the school but at almost every step — the unofficial status of the yoga capital is totally deserved. To breath surrounded the Himalayas and the Ganges felt as blessing. I came to Rishikul Yogshala not in the best period of my life and I left full of determination and feeling of my inner force. Being pretty skeptical in the beginning, in my last week I was going to bed with a smile which I hadn’t been experiencing for a long time.
