If you are looking for granite counter tops and don't know who to go to or who to trust call Rio Stone Group in PCB. I had a tight budget and they worked with me to find a quarts stone that was beautiful. They stayed on a tight time line, they kept me up dated on the process. The installers were professional and knew what they were doing.

Horrible experience with this company. Their installers did a really bad job. Cabinet doors are off, put in a kick plate in Bathroom that had a hole in it, didn’t bring out all shelves, put in side panels in a pantry that didn’t have predrilled holes so tried to drill some and the left and right don’t line up to put shelves on. The ceiling trim isn’t against ceiling so have space. They dinged up the trim so just put putty in damaged areas. Found holes in bathroom drawers that they drilled wrong. They didn’t level the bottom cabinets where the oven sets between. Needless to say, counters are off.
Installers stayed until 1:00am and didn’t ask, but they didn’t understand or speak English. They brought a lot of boxes and put cabinets together onsite. These are not custom cabinets, could have gone elsewhere for better quality but still paid a lot of money. Needless to say I can not recommend this company to anyone

RIO STONE GROUP is the place to go! I went to several places in the area for pricing/estimates, and RIO's pricing was not only the best, their customer service was excellent...something that is harder and harder to find these days. From the first time I walked in to the store, through the completion of the job, I worked with Jeremiah who was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He was friendly and inviting and was happy to answer questions and offer input or advice when needed. He was great with his communication, and kept me informed on when his crews were going to begin the job. When the job was complete, there was an oversight on MY part of an area that I hadn't made preparations for where I wanted a piece of blacksplash to go and Jeremiah sent his crew out very promptly to make the small adjustment. I'm very happy with this company and highly recommend them for your remodeling needs. Go see Jeremiah Norton!!

one of them driving a company truck is a very very bad horrible driver texting the whole time swerving and going 20 mph under causing everyone piled behind him to brake consistently, oh and he keeps braking every 5 seconds while still going under the limit. he’s definitely intoxicated! he has a dent in the rear bumper already, probably has already been rear ended for driving erratic like this.
