Delicious food, always good taste. People who work there are very very professional, Naz was so nice and cooks too. Definitely we come back very soon. We love this place ❤️❤️
Visited here for the first time last night and it did not disappoint. With it being expensive we waited for a special occasion as a treat and it made the experience even better. With it being late on a Monday night there was only a couple of tables there so a new meat came out constantly. The waitress was very attentive asking if we would like more drinks and asking if everything was okay. I was most looking forward to the meats but honestly my favourite part was the salad bar. It was nothing like I’ve ever seen before. A large variety of meats and cheeses along with seafood including smoked salmon (my favourite) and creamy garlic mushrooms which were exceptional. The whole night was perfection and I will definitely be back as a once in a while treat.

We recently visited and had a great time! The meat was amazing - just how we like it, and the atmosphere was really enjoyable too. We did find the drinks a bit pricey, and it would be nice if service charges weren't added separately, but overall, we love this place for its fantastic food. If they could warm things up just a touch and maybe offer a welcome appetiser, it would be perfect! Can't wait to come back for another feast!

Every time I come to Rio, the staff are always welcoming and very attentive. Drinks are always filled and the food is more than perfect. I have never had a complaint about the restaurant and staff deserve more recognition for their hard work. I had another amazing time at Rio last night at 6.

It was amazing. Juicey meat. An extensive, what I like to call, charcuterie bar. Staff on our visit were a little flustered as they were quite busy, but they attended to our needs despite the rush.
It was my birthday when I visited and was greeted by a card, was given free ice cream with a cute little candle, as well as a birthday song and best wishes by staff. Incredible.

I love this restaurant. My wife and I have been several times and it never fails to impress. The steaks are perfect and the salad bar... well it's an insult to all it that, with cheeses, and olives and salami, it's almost a full buffet. It may seem a little expensive, but the food is definitely worth it. Looking forward to our next visit.

Unlimited steak, chicken wings, sausages and more. Steak was delicious and kept on coming alongside a great selection of sides, Particularly enjoyed the rosemary potatoes. Reasonably priced as well. Enjoy!

My first time in Middlesbrough! I went to Rio on a recommendation, and what can I say?! It was one of the best restaurant experiences of my life. All kinds of meat, fresh off the spit, are carved right at your table, for as long as you want! 10/10

Steak was very dry and was coming out in scraps which made us think it was being used from the day before. We also got walked passed twice regardless of our cards being turned onto green. When I mentioned it to the staff member she had no idea what to say so had to go back into the kitchen to ask for help because she just froze with nothing to say, our first experience on Valentine’s Day was amazing hence wanting to come back but today had really let the place down and the fact they didn’t apologise for the quality of food and service and only took the service charge off the bill is also a disappointment because I definitely wouldn’t have paid full price for our experience
