I brought my truck to Ressorts Laval / Centre du Camion CTCAM for a second opinion after another garage gave me a long list of expensive repairs. David took the time to check the vehicle thoroughly and honestly advised me that those major repairs weren't even needed.
He genuinely cared about helping me rather than overcharging me.
He slashed my expected repair costs, fixed the actual issues perfectly, and had the truck back to me in less than 24 hours. Finding a mechanic with this level of honesty and speed is rare.

I’ve been bringing all of my trucks to this garage for quite some time, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team is knowledgeable, honest, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right the first time.
They’ve helped me out on multiple occasions, whether it was routine maintenance or more complicated repairs, and they’ve always been reliable, fair, and transparent. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but this garage has definitely earned mine.

I had an appointment at 8am to fix the electrical on my trailer brakes.
I called at 1:30pm and was told they had to order the brakes and were waiting for the parts. Which is odd, knowing I had them serviced last year. So I asked if I could come and get it since we use it daily.
I was told to allow approximately 2 hours to reassemble everything.
When I got there 2 hours later, I noticed the trailer was never even touched. The inspection was based on assumptions that the trailer needed new brakes without actually inspecting it or testing the wiring. The gentleman simply stated "there's power to the brakes".
I physically checked the brake wiring before bringing the trailer in, and noticed the wiring going through the axle was frayed likely causing a short and throwing a "trailer wiring fault" error on my truck.
A simple inspection underneath would have told them everything, if only they brought it into the garage like they were supposed to instead of making assumptions.
I lost a full day of work for that crew AND still have a trailer with no brakes.
David was nice and welcoming

Mon chum et moi avons été plus que satisfaits de notre expérience chez C.T.CAM sur le boulevard Léman à Laval ! Notre mécanicien habituel nous avait référés là-bas pour un problème de cardan et de ball joint, et nous devions aussi faire un changement d'huile à transmission.
La grande surprise a été l'approche de Fernand Côté. Il a vraiment pris le temps de nous questionner sur les symptômes du fameux problème de cardan. Comme nous n'avions rien remarqué de spécial et qu'on se fiait uniquement aux dires de notre mécano, Fernand nous a mis en confiance tout de suite en disant : « On va vérifier, don't fix it if it ain't broken ! » Une honnêteté tellement rare et appréciée !
On a adoré la « vibe » de l'endroit. On ne pensait jamais qu'on pouvait avoir accès à un centre de camion avec un simple pick-up, mais maintenant on le sait ! En plus, le taux horaire est très raisonnable. Un immense merci à Fernand et à toute l'équipe, nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésiter !

The best experience I’ve had at a suspension shop. The team is very helpful and mindful of your needs AND your budget. They really work hard to meet the client’s timeline, without compromising the quality of their work. Their prices and rates are below the average, but their quality surpassed my expectations. Any concerns or doubts, just simply call and speak to Daniel (the owner). If can anyone can solve a problem, it’s him. Very transparent and honest.
Keep up the good work and thank you for making me feel at home, instead of just a number.

J’ai souvent fait réparer mon camion à CT CAM , et je suis très satisfaite, David, le propriétaire ou le fils du propriétaire est très professionnel, et il ne faut pas oublier Fernand qui lui est mécanicien un homme exceptionnel
