This company is awful. We asked them to do a job and Jeff came out to take measurements. Instead of emailing or calling saying he’s on his way/here, he ended up measuring someone else’s patio and it scared the elderly woman napping. After that, every time we called or emailed we were ignored. I called their office and spoke with a woman who said she’s seen the email conversations and Jeff will be responding that day. He never responded. We emailed him several times and left voicemails, to no avail. I genuinely think this is the worst company I’ve dealt with and suggest everyone to look elsewhere!

Very professional and willing to work with me as the owner of the property but living outside the state. They gave great details on the product, installation and answered all my questions. Really happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend this company.
