I do not recommend this group. They have third party billing that is AI generated. You cannot speak to a real person.
I also was required to pay upfront before I saw the doctor, but they were taking those payments and applying them to previous balances instead of informing me of the charges.

My daughter started therapy there a few weeks ago. I informed the therapist that her father does not believe in therapy but I felt the need to get my daughter some help after our divorce. The therapist suggested that I get her father involved and I informed her that my daughter did not feel comfortable involving her father due to his negative stance on receiving help. The therapist went against the wishes of my daughter and myself and contacted her father. The next thing I know, the police are at my door checking the wellbeing of my daughter because her father reached out to them after speaking with her therapist. Needless to say, my daughter was traumatize after having to speak with the police and cried all night. This is exactly what I knew would happen, which is why I pleaded with her therapist not to get him involved. Now I have to console my daughter over something that could have been avoided. Thanks a lot for setting my daughter backwards with her recovery.

Extremely disappointing experience. I submitted my request 18 days ago and was told to wait 30 days for my medical records. Now, instead of receiving my records or even an update, I am being asked to fill out the same request all over again.
I have been trying to resolve this for over 2 months for a very simple matter. I have visited the office twice and made multiple calls and emails. The medical records department repeatedly tells me to leave a voicemail, but their voicemail is always full. Other departments refuse to assist and keep redirecting me back with no solution.
I still have not received a clear answer to a basic question: Do I need to wait another 30 days starting from today, or does my original request still count?
There is absolutely no communication, follow-up, or accountability. This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Payne was one of the most patient, caring, and knowledgeable doctors I’ve ever encountered. I left feeling better than I did when I first walked in.

Very poor customer service. I need some medical records and they are just transferring me so many places
