Our techs are trained to stay focused on getting the job done correctly while also “reading the room” and being mindful of each client and their home. During the cleaning, our office also checks in to provide an update and give our clients an opportunity to share any questions, concerns, or priorities while the team is still there.
That said, communication from our techs is an important part of the five-star experience we strive to provide, too. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention, and I’ll use your feedback as a coaching opportunity with the team.

I contacted Right the 1st Time last month for an estimate after seeing some neighbor’s recommendations online. Quick and easy estimate with discussion of what our family needed. First cleaning completed on 8/14 and so happy with how clean our house is for the first time in months. Balancing work, the kids extracurriculars, and everything else with life was feeling like too much. Josie did an amazing job with each of our bathrooms and our kitchen. So excited to keep a monthly schedule that will help me feel more organized and put together.
