Rick was excellent! I needed my vehicle towed to a muffler shop, and he quoted about 30 minutes but arrived even earlier! He was professional, friendly, and even let me ride along to the shop. On top of that, his prices were very great much more affordable than other tow companies I called. Truly an honest man running a great business. I’d highly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable tow!

Fantastic service, really friendly and kind guy. I was having a really rough night and it was really hard finding a tow truck but Rick was able to come out and tow me from the city out to Skokie. His towing services are a lot more affordable then the other guys and he even offered to drive me to nearest ATM to avoid the service fee for paying him. On top of all that he offered to drive me back into the city so my uber would be less expensive. I hope I don’t need another tow any time soon but if I do I know who I’m calling immediately

Fabulous service! Battery completely dead around 11:30 PM on Saturday night after dropping a friend off at her home--about 15 miles from our home. Rick answered phone right away (unlike the 2 "emergency" roadside services we called off Google who who were "mailbox full" and "closed"). Rick arrived quickly and was kind and professional, got battery charged and was genuinely concerned that we get a new battery ASAP! Can't say enough good things about this service. Ten out of five stars!

After discovering my catalytic converter had been stolen, I was dreading the logistics of getting my car to a shop. Thankfully, Rick’s Emergency Roadside assistance made the process smooth and surprisingly reassuring. Rick was quick to respond, and arrived within the quoted window. Rick was professional, careful with my vehicle, and even took a moment to explain how these thefts are becoming more common and what to tell garage to do to try and keep theft from happening again. He even texted a pic of my vehicle once it arrived safely at its destination. Highly recommend if you’re dealing with unexpected breakdowns or theft-related issues. Rick treats you like a person, not just another job.
