The course was easy to understand and the instructor did a good job explaining and was direct. You could also tell how passionate he was which is always a good thing when teaching.

The gentlemen that conducted the training were knowledgeable and professional. I would've liked more hands on training, but overall, I left the training feeling fairly confident in my ability to perform CPR if needed and assess an emergency situation. I would definitely use their training again.

We had our children’s ministry volunteers go through the blended adult/infant/child cpr class. The online portion and the hands on portion worked best for our group. The instructors did a great job of thoroughly going over how to perform cpr while including personal real life experiences. I’m glad we found Richmond Training Concepts and we will continue to use them in the future!

A very thorough class that provided practical knowledge and application examples for CPR and first aid. Our teacher, John, was clearly knowledgeable and did a great job explaining concepts/procedures and answering questions.

Definitely recommend them for CPR and First Aid certification. The online portion was very informative and so was the in person class. It was good hearing their personal stories using first aid and CPR. Getting to practice on the dummies with lights was so helpful to show you if you were doing CPR correctly.
