We had R. Howe electric out to inspect our Pool equipment wiring after the original contractor left things wired in a way that concerned me. Corey was the tech that came out and quickly identified three different issues. Two of them were safety issues and the other one caused a piece of our Pool equipment to become defective. Corey fixed these issues within 2 hours and explained everything to me. He also suggested an improvement that now allows us to turn on our Pool lights from a remote rather than having to walk to the panel each time!
We will be using them again to install the defective equipment when the new one arrives.

I don’t typically do reviews but in this case I am compelled to. My electrician tech’s name was Killian Morissey. He was very knowledgeable and made suggestions that made my project more efficient and less expensive which is rare now a days. I also experienced a lady named Tori who was very good at communicating with me from setting appointments to invoice question explanations. I have discovered that this is a company used by Classic Marcite which is a large pool resurfacing company in business now for around 45 years! They use this company because they specialize in pool site electrical which is quite a niche along with standard electrical work. This was a uniquely refreshing experience. Working with a firm that actually expressed an interest in their customers project, was willing to discuss it, knew how to use a telephone and could send text messages and respond to them as well. Toya, Mike and installer Matt are truly a company asset. The project was hooking to power three new in ground pool lights. The particular brands I purchased were new to R Howe, but Mike took the extra time to read the instructions (now who does that in business any more) and wanted to learn about this product to possibly assist future customers. Toya was a great communicator, unlike everyone else that was involved in this pool project. She returned calls and texts promptly and was easy and to talk with. She also followed up with me when Matt was on site to check if all was going well. Installer Matt did a exceptional job. Listened to my needs, explained what he was doing, hung the necessary light boxes neatly and straight. Another wow, to work with some who works neat and is conscientious and wants to do the job right, the first time, (how often does that happen with other vendors). So readers, if you are looking for a firm that will treat you like they actually value your business vs doing you a favor, give R Howe a shot. This is a great team!

Very fast, efficient, and awesome communication. They added a transfer switch, as well as a generator and RV plugs. I will ask for Pedro and your company again if I need additional work. Also, the person he was training was extremely friendly as well.
