One on one yoga session My private session with Sunny was amazing. I was so surprised how her adjustments really changed how several poses felt in my body. Sunny has incredible eye for alignment and a genuine gift for teaching. I am grateful for her knowledge, kindness, and guidance. Highly recommend a one-on-one session with her!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. I have been paying for a membership and have yet to even attend a single session. The first time I attempted to come, I got lost in the building. Today, I arrived at 9:08 AM and was unable to enter because the doors were locked. I called repeatedly for over 10 minutes while standing outside, and my calls were consistently ignored. It is unacceptable to have a paying member locked out with no way to reach staff, especially while actively attempting to attend a scheduled class. I do not live nearby, so this was a complete waste of my time and effort. This level of disregard for customers is both unprofessional and unacceptable. Based on this experience, I will be disputing the charges with my bank, as I have not been able to use the services I’ve been paying for. I was genuinely looking forward to joining, but this experience has made it clear that customer care and basic communication are not being prioritized. No customer should be left standing outside a locked door, repeatedly calling, only to be ignored.

Hi Michala - are you sure that you have the right business? We do not have a 9am class on Wednesdays. I checked our records and it looks like you made a purchase with us back in Oct 2023 but there are no recent purchases under your name. If you email us at support@rhodeislandhotyoga.com we would be happy to help figure things out.

I love RIHY. They have great deals for college students and it’s only a short drive from campus! Plus they have so many different time offerings of all their classes that i've never had issues with finding a class that I want to take.

First, I want to say thank you to the instructors who come in with positive attitudes and do an amazing job. I was referred by a friend to try the hot yoga and I instantly fell in love. Anytime I leave hot yoga, core conditioning or any other class, I feel like I received a warm hug. If you are looking for a place that’s clean, allows you to work at the speed of your own body requirements and to feel welcome; this is the place for you. They have so many class options and flexible class schedules. I guarantee you if you take one class, you will never look back.

In 2024 I was looking for a new way to exercise and was feeling really unmotivated to go to the gym. (those colder months during the winter 😣) I found RIHY & did my first class and fell in love. I did a hot yoga class in the past with my mom but nothing like the core fire classes! There’s something so special about being in the hot room. Practicing in the hot room forces you to focus completely on your breath, which makes it one of the only times my mind fully quiets. The instructors foster an environment that encourages growth without judgment. Yoga has changed my life. It has helped me shift my mindset from pushing myself out of criticism to moving with appreciation for my body, and that’s been incredibly meaningful. I tell everyone I love and care about to come to this studio. It’s something I cannot stop talking about. I can’t say enough about this place. Oh and the price is incredible. If you’re thinking about coming here dont even second guess it, this is the place to be. Everyone from staff to members are super friendly. I’m GRATEFUL to have found this place.

It’s spring! Time for growth and new beginnings. Stop being stuck in the mud of your life and make the choice to get your body and mind into a better place. That place is Rhode Island Hot Yoga! There is a large variety of classes to choose from. Original Hot Yoga ( OHY)is a heated class in which you do 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises. The original OHY is 1.5 hours but there is also a 60 minute express class and a 75 minute music class. Core Fire Conditioning (CFC)is basically hot Pilates. You WILL change the shape of your body taking CFC! Variations include CFC with weights and bands, Hell’s bells( kettle bell class), Circuit Strength Training (CST), and Crazy 8s and weights. Non heated classes are also available! Yoga For Hips and Back, Yin Yoga, and various Vinyasa flow classes are offered. One extra amazing thing about Rhode Island Hot Yoga is thst you can use your membership @ the Providence AND Bristol locations. Classes are offered 7 days a week. Times range from 6am to 7 pm. Whatever happened with your New Year’s resolutions, forget about it. Forgive yourself. NOW IS THE TIME TO MAKE A CHANGE! New Beginnings, New you! See you there!

I consider myself fortunate to have few problems that an hour or two in the hot room can’t solve, or at least make better. Love coming here for the heat, the yoga and the community.

Do you want to get toned and feel strong and healthy? Want to challenge yourself a bit? Let me hear you say “ Yes sir! Brian sir!” That’s right, Brian’s Bootcamp has moved up to the hot room and been rebranded as Circuit Strength Training ( CST). The new name reflects the focus of the class… building strength through a series of circuits designed to give a full body workout within 1 hour. CST combines a cardio workout with hand weights and kettle bells set to music. Please note: you can absolutely do this class without using weights and still get a great workout. This is a class that everyone can benefit from. Modify the moves and go at your own pace. Every class starts with a warm-up/ stretch sequence, then proceeds to the upper body and lower body circuits. Each circuit is comprised of 4 sets of exercises done with weights or kettle bells 4 times. Tabata timing is used. 20 seconds of high intensity workout followed by 10 seconds of rest. The same circuit routine is kept for the month so you can gauge your progress and build up to or increase weights as you like. The circuits are followed by a session which will vary from class to class and will still include weights. This is often referred to as the “ guts & butts” part of class since you will be working on your abs and glutes. Class concludes the series of stretches to cool down and a Savasana. You deserve the rest! Do you know what the best reason is to take this class? It’s because you can. Whatever else is going on in this world, you can come to this class for one hour and burn off all the crazy. You will be stronger mentally and physically. Be your best self. See you Wednesday @ 8am for CST!

I got the month of unlimited classes at RI Hot Yoga in PVD. Overall I had an okay experience. I enjoyed my classes. Gretchen, Honore, and Kelly were really nice instructors and did great. I enjoyed their classes. Unfortunately the policy of locking the door was a bit frustrating. One day I walked into the lobby at 7:02 (class was at 7) and I was denied entry. The receptionist (Luca) had a passive aggressive demeanor that wasn’t empathetic to our circumstances whatsoever. The fee was waived but overall the service provided felt very standoffish and my mom and I didn’t appreciate that at all. Unfortunately due to this policy and lack of a small grace period, I decided to move forward with a different studio. I hope this policy can be shifted a bit in the future for people who are within a five minute window or so. (Life happens!! Two minutes shouldn’t cost me my hour of yoga!)

Hi Farah, I'm glad you enjoyed our classes and our lovely teachers! We have tried lots of different arrival policies over the years. For us, the warm-up at the start of class is really important and we want everyone to be safe. We're also in a busy area where it's important to keep the doors locked during class for everyone's security. I completely understand how disappointing it is to miss out on class. I hope you continue to enjoy your yoga practice no matter where you end up and you find a studio set-up that's perfect for you! Best, Juliana

I have been going to the Bristol studio since it opened over 10 years ago. They have a range of classes which are fun and really make me feel good. The instructors are friendly and extremely knowledgeable so are very helpful to newbies as well as those who are regulars. The studios also have special events occasionally which gives ne the opportunity to meet like minded people who care about our health. Although many of the classes are heated don't be intimidated! It is not bad at all once you get used to it. I feel so refreshed after class.

Yesterday, I had an amazing experience of red light therapy in the fire room, followed by a fun, upbeat yoga class to music with teacher demonstration. I have not been that relaxed in a long time. The combination is phenomenal. I was almost too relaxed for yoga after the red light therapy, so you may want to go to the fire room after a yoga or pilates class.

I recently discovered hot yoga on vacation and immediately searched for it home in RI. Rhode Island Hot Yoga jumped out at me and I decided to do a trial month. It did not disappoint! From the instructors to the space, it is a great place to do yoga, whether it is heated or not. I look forward to my practice and am so happy I found this studio!
