Unfortunately, the organisation is a disaster. We were told that we had to be there 30 minutes early for a briefing, otherwise we wouldn't be able to participate. So we rushed through our previous programme, only to find that no one else was there 30 minutes early and no one really knew where Rhino was or who was in charge. When someone arrived shortly before departure, we were put on the boat without a briefing and waited another 15 minutes until four more people arrived. The trip itself was really nice and well explained. We were also allowed to drive really fast and independently. So, apart from the beginning, it was a nice trip.

We’re truly sorry about the confusion at the start of your tour. Due to the change of season, many of our staff are not well and had to take sick days. That’s not the level of organisation we aim for, and we completely understand your frustration after arriving early as instructed. Unfortunately some guest were very late and we thank you for your patients in waiting for them so we can leave as a group. We’ve since reviewed our check-in process and improved staff coordination to make sure guests are clearly greeted and briefed as soon as they arrive.
We’re glad the rest of the trip made up for the rough start and hope you’ll give us another chance to show you the smooth, well-run experience we’re known for.

Its was amazing day .. we enjoyed the ride and the hop off at the island .. everything was magical from the weather to fresh air and water splash .. the instrutor was kind and patient with us

Had a fabulous time on the speed boat with Rhino Rides. Ifran our guide was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We were in safe hands and he took some fabulous photos for us as a great souvenir.
I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi
