I first saw Kristy when I worked in hunt Valley and had tried everything else for my back and neck pain as well as my migraines.... I was skeptical but gave it a shot. I don't thk id ever felt better! Cupping and Gua Shah helped release the tension I keep in my traps! She could tell me thgs going on w my body that I didn't even mention! Light Therapy, new treatment with good results I was introduced to Kristy at Resilient Health a few years back for for age related aches and pains. Recently Kristy began treating me with a new therapy, light therapy, for those aches and pains. I came in with constant, 100% hip pain, I could not lay on my sides and walking was painful . The 1st treatment took about 20 minutes, I left with most of the pain gone. One treatment with light therapy reduced the pain level by 85%, I have since been back for 4 follow up appointments with good results.

Deep tissue laser therapy I have degenerative disc disease in my neck that causes much discomfort. Acupuncture and PT help but it has been laser therapy that has managed to really calm down the inflammation response and provide great relief that seems to be lasting. It feels good with a nice warm sensation that has helped immediately. Kristy has been more than helpful and kind with delivering care and making helpful suggestions that are making life much easier. It is much appreciated.

Jennifer Koo works magic on me Jennifer Koo is so pleasant, always has a smile (and giggle) and she works magic on me. Sore shoulder when I come in .... gone when I leave. I find acupuncture amazing. I have referred a few friends and they feel so much better too. Jenny will explain what she is doing when I ask her about it. I feel so relaxed and stress free when I leave. Katelyn at the front desk is so nice and works with me and my insurance.
