Amy, Kat and Butter Bean always have a smile on their face when you walk in. It’s a very welcoming and fun environment. They make you feel like family at your first visit and throughout your treatment. Amy is very knowledgeable about orthopedic rehab and manual therapy. The staff at Revolution PT is different from other clinics because they truly care- you aren’t just another number or patient. Amy created a plan just for me after my ACL repair. The manual therapy truly helps and you do not get that one on one treatment everywhere- This made the difference. I have been to several other PT clinics in the area and Revolution PT is the best. I will never do PT anywhere else! Thank you for taking care of me and getting me back to normal after my ACL tear. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I highly recommend Amy & Co @ Revolution Physical Therapy. My husband had been going to a different PT for over a year with very little improvement. After 3-4 weeks we saw a major improvement!!!! They truly care‼️‼️

I have had a such a great experience thus far! The people here are so welcoming and so patient. Everyone has answered all of my questions. Amy and Kate are the ones thats been working with me and they are awesome. Cat at the front desk is the sweetest. She works with me when I have problems with my schedule. She was very prompt in sending my paperwork to my insurance. I totally recommend Revolution Therapy!

Amy is very knowledgeable and great at what she does. The environment is quiet and encouraging, not loud and chaotic. You are made to feel valued with one on one attention, not just one person of many. I highly recommend using Revolution Physical Therapy!

I was referred here by my doctor recently. My first experience was very welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in to the time I left. My physical therapist was very attentive in asking questions and taking notes to really get a clear picture of my issue to address it properly. Overall, it was a great experience. I would recommend!

Revolution Therapy is awesome. I have tendinous. When I first started going I could not lift my arm due to the pain. Now I can lift my arm with minimal pain. I definitely recommend Revolution Physical Therapy. In the future if I need therapy I will go back to Revolution. The entire staff cares about their patients and are there to help. Butter (4 legged therapist) always puts a smile on your face.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Unprofessional Experience
I was referred to this physical therapy office by the VA on September 18th, and as of October 9th, I still hadn’t heard a word from them. I finally decided to call at 8:15 a.m. to check on the status of my consult. The person who answered the phone initially put me on hold, then returned and said, “We’ve been trying to call this number multiple times.”
I asked, “What number are you trying to call?” and she sharply said, “Wait, let me talk.” I allowed her to finish, then calmly said, “May I speak now?” and her response was, “You know what, don’t send us no more consults,” before hanging up the phone. I am the patient. I did not send the consult.
As a veteran, I found that behavior completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Veterans are referred here because we need care not to be dismissed or disrespected. If this facility doesn’t want to work with the VA or serve veterans, or certain ethnicities then they should make that clear so others don’t have to experience what I did.
I will be reporting this interaction to the VA hospital so they’re aware of how this company treats their referred patients. I sincerely hope management reviews the call recordings and addresses this kind of behavior immediately.

It is ok to not take accountability for actions, but to be on me is another thing. If I was so rude and what I stated did not happen why did Kat call me and apologize? Yes, I called from a VA phone because I was there to check on my appointment. I was called back in my cell phone with an apology because it was believed I was an employee before I could say who I was, but on my cell phone I recorded the call I recieved and have proof of what WAS REALLY said. I was asked to come in for an appointment and the earliest appointment is next week and that i will be taken great care of. Is this not yhe truth?? I have that conversation. Go forth with your legal actions, but do you have the recording of when I called you and the truth of what happened? Phone records can be pulled. Do not threaten me with legal actions when both you and I know the truth.

This is a retaliatory review due to neglect and incompetence by the VA- not Revolution Physical Therapy. We complained this morning about the VA and now this review shows up. The VA continues to send referrals with no patient contact information, no insurance information and also no referral or authorization numbers. We have repeatedly contacted the VA to get the patient contact information and correct referral information to no success. We are constantly hung up on and transferred to extensions with no answer when we are trying our best to get the patients seen. We cannot do our job when we are not given the most basic information to see a patient and get them scheduled. Our phone calls are recorded and our experience was very different than what this person is saying. They called from a VA number and disrespected our staff and were extremely rude- all because the VA screwed up- not our clinic. We show the same respect we are given and actually ended the conversation with this caller because they were so disrespectful and RUDE! This reviewer is NOT EVEN a patient of ours and this review is a full of misinformation due to the VA not taking responsibility for their errors.
THE VA IS THE PROBLEM. We will be contacting Google to get this bogus and retaliatory review removed and if there is any further harassment online or to our staff we will take immediate legal action. We also have screen shots of phone records and the multiple harassing phone calls showing this person called from the VA- and is NOT a patient this is a competitor trying to leave us a negative review! I was initially referred to Revolution Physical Therapy by my doctor for arthritis in my knee. They have worked wonders. They are super courteous and ask open questions to determine progress and assess need then proceed accordingly. Since I first started here I have had to also have them address neck and shoulder pain and they have literally worked miracles.

REVOLUTION PHYSICAL THERAPY IS AMAZING! Best staff and care in the area. They are a small locally owned clinic and truly care about their patients. They take the time to actually do manual therapy instead of just sticking you on a bike with exercises like other clinics in the area. Good care like they have at Revolution PT is hard to find. I would recommend them all day everyday!

My husband Jim went to Revolution PT with a vertigo problem. The first treatment of maneuvers helped him tremendously so two days later he went back for his second treatment and that was all he needed. He had absolutely NO dizziness or imbalance at all. A miracle to us. Amy addressed the issue head on knowing exactly what maneuver he needed to make his inner ear to correct itself. What a relief and what a blessing. The entire staff from the receptionist to the therapist were so friendly and caring. It was touching to feel the concern they showed for Jim. On top of that I had an appointment with Amy with what I thought was vertigo for a long time. I was expecting and hoping to get the same results. Well….Amy being as knowledgeable and concerned for a patient’s welfare recognized I did not have positional vertigo but rather a medical reason for my type of vertigo. WOW. She reviewed my medication list and wrote a letter to my P.C. doctor with her suspicions and referred me back to my doctor for more follow up care. Go figure. Thank you soooo much Amy. What a blessing you and your staff have been to me and Jim. We won’t forget you and your staff. God bless you and your caring co-workers.
