Emile was a pleasure to deal with .He was very knowledgeable about the window structure and hardware. he was efficient and solve our problem related to a crank window that was not closing due to rusted brackets . He had extra parts in his truck despite knowing the exact issue from pics we sent him . Very responsive . I would,nt hesitate to use his services again . I highly, highly recommend Revitalize Windows & Doors. I have very old sliding patio doors - so old, you can't easily buy replacement rollers. I thought I would have to get them replaced. But Emile at Revitalize Windows & Doors has fixed many similar doors and had the needed parts, saving not just a lot of money, but keeping my otherwise good quality doors out of a landfill. And my sliding doors are now as good as new! I can't recommend him and his company enough.

We had a major issue with our sliding balcony door in the middle of winter. It was so bad that I was actually developing a repetitive stress injury in my shoulder just from trying to drag it closed. I looked up a few DIY videos, but the process was overwhelming. It would have required me to remove a massive door by myself in the cold, find the right parts, and hope for the best. Since my home repairs never go smoothly, I was worried about being left with a wide-open doorway for hours. Luckily, I saw a TikTok video of Emil from Revitalize Windows and Doors and his service looked like exactly what I needed. I reached out, Emil asked a few quick questions, and he showed up the very next day. I showed him the door and went back to my office to work. Only 20 minutes later, he asked me to come take a look. The door was fixed and was significantly smoother than it had ever been before. Even though this is a heavy, double-paned glass door, I can now slide it open or shut with a single swipe. Emil was professional and honestly charming. It was a pleasure to have his help and I would highly recommend his services to anyone!
