We have sadly had to turn to Revel Funeral Care on two of the hardest occasions any family could face - first with the passing of my mum, and more recently my sister. On both occasions, Jaime was simply incredible. She showed the perfect balance of compassion, professionalism, and sensitivity, guiding us through every step with genuine care. Her knowledge and attention to detail are exceptional, ensuring that nothing was ever overlooked and that both services truly reflected the lives of our loved ones. From the first phone call to the final farewell, Jaime made what is an overwhelming process so much easier for our family. She was patient, reassuring, and always available to answer questions or offer guidance. The level of support we received went far beyond what we could have expected, and it brought us great comfort knowing everything was handled with dignity and respect. We will always be grateful to Jaime and Revel Funeral Care for their incredible service during such difficult times, and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of trusted, compassionate, and professional care.

Amazing experience, extremely respectful and there slogan of “one family looks after another” rings extremely true. Took away all the hard work and stress out of organising a funeral, especially the stress of money, the prices were all very affordable, my requests were followed and the whole process was handled with a care and personal touch that was extremely appreciated. Compared to other companies in this area it was a lot more respectful, reasonable and affordable, Jaime was attentive to all my requests and I highly recommended her services to anyone that is in the unfortunate situation of requiring them. Overall a lovely experience in a very difficult and trying time, thank you on behalf of my whole family.
