Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, Ihre Meinung zu Ihrem kurzen Aufenthalt (Nachts angekommen 20.00 Uhr, früh abreisen 7.30 Uhr) in unserem Familienhaus mitzuteilen. Ihr Antrag auf 50% Entschädigung gegen eine gute Meinung ist inakzeptabel. Dies ist in Frankreich verwerflich und wir haben Ihre Meldung bearbeitet.
Wir freuen uns jedoch, dass Ihnen unser Empfang gefallen hat. Wir legen Wert darauf, unsere Gäste (kein Schlüsselkasten) mit Aufmerksamkeit zu empfangen und ihnen unsere Stadt zu zeigen: gute Adressen, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants... wir teilen gerne unsere Tipps, damit jeder seinen Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen kann.
Unsere Suite ist in der Tat atypisch, mit ihrem Charakter und ihrer einzigartigen Anordnung, die nicht unbedingt für jeden Geschmack geeignet ist. Aus diesem Grund ist auf unserer Website eine 360°-Tour verfügbar, damit sich jeder ein genaues Bild von der Atmosphäre und dem Layout machen kann. Sie erhalten eine E-Mail, um zu bestätigen, ob der Ort zu Ihnen passt (1. Stock, Bett 140,...). Wichtiger Punkt für eine Last-Minute-Buchung.

Thank you for your comment regarding your one-night stay. We’re glad that the location of our family home met your expectations. Regarding the bedding, we use a hotel-quality mattress, which is generally very well appreciated, although comfort is always a personal perception. The sheets are 57-thread cotton, and we take note of your feedback.
As for the schedule, check-in from 5 p.m. and check-out at 10 a.m. are set by your travel agency, Booking.com, and clearly stated before confirming the reservation. For added flexibility, an early check-in option (from 2 p.m.) and a late check-out option (until 12 p.m.) are offered in the Booking.com reservation confirmation. As this was a last-minute reservation, we understand that not all the details may have been reviewed carefully. Since the option wasn’t selected, your stay followed the standard schedule set by your agency’s terms. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again under better circumstances.

A hidden gem in the heart of Narbonne. Laurent met me on arrival and showed me around the spacious apartment sharing insights into the history and design which has been caringly executed. A few minutes stroll to the market Halle and literally a stones throw from a beautiful fountain. Highly recommend and book direct if you can because it's a home not a hotel ;)

Apartamento acogedor, céntrico y anfitrión muy atento.
☺La atención del anfitrión fue excepcional, muy atento y con detallito de cápsulas de café y unos bombones para los niños. El alojamiento tenía de todo y estaba limpio. Bien situado para poder visitar la ciudad.
☹El parking no es gratuito porque es público, eso sí, no es caro.

Struttura decisamente consigliata
☺Estrema cortesia da parte dello staff al momento dell'arrivo, l'appartamento era pulitissimo ed accogliente. La posizione decisamente strategica, vicinissima al centro, comoda anche la posizione del parcheggio.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
☹Unico piccolo appunto è la mancanza di un condizionatore nella camera da letto. Va però detto che abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura in un periodo caldissimo.

Bon appartement pour quelques jours à Narbonne
☺L'emplacement est top à Narbonne. L'appartement est fonctionnel et bien placé. Un bon choix pour quelques jours à Narbonne. L'acceuil a été sympatique et le propriétaire nous a donné de bons conseils.
☹Le ménage n'était pas tip top, il ne faut pas être trop regardant sur la poussière.
