We are very pleased with water damage dry out, tear down and full restoration work that Restoration 1 completed for our home. Owner Joseph gave us a fair price and has a hard working team. We highly recommend using Restoration1. We plan to replace our flooring with them in a few months.

Joseph and his team are very responsive and focused on customer satisfaction. I first contacted them through their homepage after normal business hours Friday evening hoping to hear back on Monday. I was surprised to get a call 10 minutes later and made an appointment for the following Saturday morning. This was common during the entire project- Joseph always responded quickly to any questions or issues I raised. I had a great experience with this company the owner and his workers were very kind and polite. The communication was excellent. They spent several weeks working on my situation. They sent photos of the work they did each day and communicated clearly with me each day on the plan. They were careful with my home and closed off the area that was affected until the area was dry and treated. They kept my cats from escaping when coming in and out. They helped me obtain a plumber and a contractor to do physical repairs and they were also wonderful to work with. They even worked with my insurance agent to move things along. Highly recommended.
