Jon was very responsive when I first made a call to his office. He came out to our home the same day and immediately put the wheels in motion. Our plumber worked all weekend to contain the problem, and the very next day Jon brought out Best Option Contents to begin clearing everything out of the basement. His team is now completing the demo for the insurance company. I couldn’t ask for more peace of mind.
