We had Resolute Painting work to prepare and repaint some exterior and interior sections of our home ahead of sale, and they did an exceptional job. Communication was clear, they arrived exactly when they said they would, and the quality of the finish was genuinely impressive. They were careful with prep work, fixed cracks properly (not just a quick patch), and the painting itself looks crisp and consistent — it made a huge difference to how fresh the house presents in photos. They worked efficiently within our tight deadlines were respectful of our space throughout the job. Thank you to Campbell, John, Nick, Chris and Kane for your professionalism. Resolute completed a full repaint of the heritage facade at Southbank Grand Apartments. The project involved a full wash, render repairs, and repaint in existing colours. The Resolute team did an awesome job in ensuring the works were completed to a high standard by their abseiling team and coordinated the works with City of Melbourne. The feedback from residents has been wonderful and many people have commented that the project was managed really well, with limited impact to residents.

What a refreshing change to find tradesmen like Resolute Painting. The job was an external paint job on an Art Deco block of 26 flats at 311 Royal Parade, Parkville. When the building was due for a refresh we were so fortunate to find Campbell and his team. The job entailed brick walls to be repainted, timber sash-cord windows (repair and painting) and steel-work painting for the balconies. It was clear from the start that Resolute were prepared to provide a detailed quote and then to be in constant contact once the job was started. Craig was the project manager and I can only say that he went more than the extra mile to complete the work to the committee’s wishes. They took on any set-back with grace and calm (….delays in the scaffolding before Christmas and difficult neighbouring property owners!) and worked around other tradesmen who were on the property at the same time without complaint. The finished paintwork looks wonderful. We can’t thank you enough!

As the Chair of our Owners Corporation Committee I have been impressed with Campbell Strong’s work ethic and commitment from the initial approach for a quote to the completion of our painting project involving 24 units in 3 buildings. From his initial advice and throughout the project he has been understanding, approachable, flexible and professional at all times with no problems too hard to resolve. It was never too much to take time to discuss our project and meet face to face on site as required. Under the site management of Craig and the team the project was completed to plan and in a timely manner, again with any issues arising dealt with in a friendly and understanding way. Our buildings now look like they belong in the 2020s and not the 1980s 😂 and myself and the Committee are well satisfied with the outcome. I have no hesitation recommending Campbell and his team.

Our apartment complex was in pretty bad shape having not been painted in over 25 years. As a member of the Owners Corporation committee we sought 3 quotes and interviewed potential painting companies to carry out the extensive works required. Resolute, headed up by Campbell Strong, was one of those 3. We received a very detailed competitive quote within a short time frame. Whilst price was important it was not the deciding factor. Campbell’s professional approach and ‘can do’ attitude instilled a great level of confidence in us from the get go and I believe this was an integral part in the success of our project. He was on site regularly checking on the project and sorting any problems if they arose. His team were professional and punctual, our project was completed within the advised time frame, on budget and with a bunch of very happy stakeholders at the end. I have confidently recommended Campbell to 2 other potential clients as I know from first hand experience that he and Resolute will deliver a quality and stress free project - on time and within budget.
